Isn't he the reason that Mauli is marrying Ishaan? His plan though abominable worked perfectly, Mauli is happy... What more do you want?

I repeat once again, its not about Kunal apologizing, its about Mouli accepting it or not. And even if she accepts, its about her trusting and loving him as she used to.

Just because someone apologises doesnt mean they deserve or owed a forgiveness. You cannot force the victim (thats Mouli btw, not Kunal. I know he has few bad years but again it was fate) to forgive.

And speaking of fate: no, Kunal loosing Nandini isnt his karma. By tha standard Pari lost her so young. Whi did she cheat on to get this "karma"'. Then I guess we can also say Mouli must have done sth in her past to deserve the "karma" of being cheated on

The love of your life will be someone who loves you back just as equally and then you can spend the rest of your life with that person happily. Mauli May have loved Kunal deeply but he was not worthy of her love. He rejected her..now she's moved on, she looks happy. And yes hopefully she has fallen in love with Ishaan. And they will live happily ever after ..But we don't know that yet as the cvs have decided not to let Mauli let us know of her feelings ...so let's wait and see how it goes. Love doesn't happen only once in a lifetime. People marry then get divorced and then marry someone else and then live happily with their second spouse..this happens all the time in real life ..so it can happen for Mauli too..

Some people want Maunal so badly now, that it went from Whatever Mauli chooses and makes her happy should be the endgame, to basically saying that dare she be shown to fall in love with Ishaan and not go back to Kunal after the amnesias/redemption track, than she doesn't deserve Kunal or that they will be over her character.

Let's see how people's comments, POV and perceptions change as the show goes on.

I have hope that there will be a Mauhaan, and I have hope that writers will write the story as a natural progression that will make sense and make the viewers happy for Mauli.

But you can't always make everyone happy, and there will always be those who hold on unapologetically to their POV. Which is great. Nothing wrong with strong convictions. But sometimes a little introspection is definitely needed since this show is about a larger and sensitive issue that our society does face.

Just my two cents.

Does Kunal love Mauli? Is she his one and only true love . If so , what was Nandini and who is Pari?
And if Nandini was just an attraction, this is the way he treated his true love?
What was he doing all these years in London btw ? Pining for his true love with another wife by his side?

...I feel Mauli should be with Ishaan because he can make her happy. But tbh ..I can't think of one reason why maunal should reunite . Because how can Kunal explain leaving Mauli for nandu without putting himself down in a big way. If he says nandu was just atttaction and lust..it makes him a creep for lusting after your wife's friend ,..if he says he really did love nandu,.then it implies he didn't really love Mauli ..she was not his great love .so how can Mauli take him back when she didn't saftisfy him or complete his life the first time around...her love and physical attraction was not enough the first time around for him and he still wanted nandu,, so that's why I can't see maunal happening . But if they had showed maunal having problems in their marriage , and nandu comforting Kunal and the Ema Just happened unintentionally. And that Kunal regretted cheating on Mauli and still wanted their marriage ,.then it can justify Mauli and Kunal still being together ..because emas do happen and lots of times couples get past it and still stay Together because of their love for each other. But it didn't happen like that preleap,.once Kunal started wanting nandu ..he couldn't stand Mauli..he just wanted to get out of the marriage, remember how he pushed Mauli away when she wanted to get intimate with him..how can we forget that ...So in my eyes maunal are history ...

He is the love of her life.. YES..

But there's also somethings called love and respect in a relationship.. many people falter and get carried away, but when they realise they have wronged there spouse.. they repent, apologise and work towards regaining there trust of the partner.. mauli was also willing to give kunal that chance..

But here kunal has never repented, nor has he given her an explanation.. her whole life has become a lie..

So i find it hard to believe this girl still sympathises with him n his daughter

. Being sympathetic from far away is easy.. but helping them out first hand is not understandable..

Just for a moment .. if at all his divine love was still alive - i dont think he would have even been cordial towards her..

Poiu very agree with you. It is difficult to digest maunal for mauli fans.

Mauli is not the one and only love of kunal 's life. We want best for Mauli and Mauli deserves best after suffering so much without being in any fault.

Mauli paid the price of other's deeds and she was the one who was victim so I want best for mauli .

The whole Maunal reunion, from its conception/inception, never made sense.

How did Nandini know when making the CD that Mauli would be single and would be able to raise Pari as her own? Furthermore, if Nandini wanted a Maunal reunion, why would she want one? Didn't she say "Kunal aur mera pyaar atoot hai?", so knowing very well that she and Kunal have an unbreakable love, why would she in a weird way through her CD send hints for Maunal to reunite? So that they can be in a loveless marriage?

And Kunal's whole dialogue which Maunal shippers bring up, about Kunal saying "If I am lost, then find me." She did try to find him, especially after she got pregnant. Had he come back then, it would have made complete sense. The whole story unraveling that Mauli "finds" Kunal and reminds him of his love, and he too remembers their kasams and promises and comes back to Mauli.

Now 6 years later, it is not Mauli "finding him" or their love bringing them back together. It is their circumstances, first Nandini dying and Kunal moving back from London, then their daughters becoming best friends, and in the current track the circumstance being amnesia. Not some gravitational pull of love, or being reminded of their love for one another or Mauli "finding" Kunal because he is "lost."

I don't know which way CVs will go, but I do know if they shove Maunal down the reasonable viewers throats, the execution will be just as bad as the EMA was. Most viewers thought EMA was temporary, Kunal will realize his mistake, will be "found" by Mauli, and they will make their marriage work. But it went from an affair to a full blown KuNan love track and then a divorce/marriage track.

So I have low expectations from CVs due to what has happened in the show so far - the lack of logic, poor writing and lose ends, but I have hope they will end the show on a positive note and that they have some moral compass, enough to show a MauHaan end.

@Ritz I have always had a healthy discussion with everyone here and I have had it with your snide condescending remarks, just because you don't understand people's POV doesn't mean you mock them or make these remarks, I am not going to discuss anything with you any further, please refrain from making remarks about me... Please first understand what I am talking about, I am not saying that Mauli should marry Kunal, I am saying that she is happily marrying Ishaan now and she is going to have a happy life with him. Now that Mauli is happy in her life I feel Kunal also deserves to be happy with Pari, what more do you want him to do? Cheating was wrong but he has apologized and even done things which has resulted in Mauli moving on with Ishaan, his work is done, no? Aur kya kare wo?

You can't force the victim to forgive but think about this situation in real life, so you are saying that Kunal should spend rest of his life to apologize for cheating on her? He has his own life, you know?

Cheating was wrong, but it's not as grave mistake as rape or death that people are going to ruin their life making up for it...
