I don't see any similarity between Nandini/Paro and Kumud other than the styling. Nandini and Kumud both hail from villages in Gujrat so their styling is bound to be similar. I think Nandini was more naive and childlike. I remember in one scene she fears that if Sameer ( Salman) kisses her she might become pregnant. You think Kumud is that naive? No..she is an educated mature girl. And Paro was completly different even her styling was more like a Bengali because the author of Devdas was a Bengali.. She was in love with Devdas since childhood..She was ready to risk her family honor to meet Devdas in the dead of the night..You think Kumud would do that? I dont think so..so yes these are all different characters with very unique personality traits..Just coz they look similar which is coz they are all Bhansali's leading ladies, his vision doesnt mean they are copies of each other.

I agree, no one has to apologize for having an opinion 😊The first thing which striked me on seeing Kumud is that she's trying hard to be like Nandini from HDDCS & Paro of Devdas 🤔 Watching JW for the 1st time on telly & am no judge about if her casting was fit or not. Maybe if she brings in her own style of acting to Kumud's role instead of being wannabe Nandini/Paro, Kumud might look like a genuine character. 🤔 I stopped watching the show after 2 days coz it bored me to no end 🤢 but the forum is quite interesting 👏👏👏 😃

How do you know? Did you ask her? If she was trying to imitate her! You have the right to say your opinions, I agree with that, HOWEVER, judging an actors acting is insulting. 😡

I dont get it ,how are you are supose to question other people s opinion ,we dont need to ask the actor whether he or she is imitating ,we write what we feel.

okay, naina, you gather all the people on this forum who are having the same problem as you, make a petition or write a mass letter/email for whatever you want...good luck with that👍🏼
@U-No-Poo: LOL if majority are diehard fans and minority also are diehard haters...can go both way...have seen enough of hatred (in fact much much more...I guess a whole blog was dedicated?), so not surprised even now!!
