Sadhana def has to tell the truth cos she would be taking an oath on Gita and she isn' t the one who can take it lightly and added to that she also knew now that the goon has kids who are suffering and all that even though he is a scum.Telling the truth might help Ranvir with the judge.But mentioning that he hit the goon with the rod even after he became unconscious would def prove fatal.Would she leave that part?I hope so cos there was no one who saw that when that happened(correct me on this if I am wrong)and bringing that up would only make it worse.Her character was such till now that she hides little bits of information if she feels that it would hurt her dear ones.Even if she leaves the last part it would count as saying the truth.But she like mamaji would be more worried about the goon's family inturn making it worse for her own family.

What would I do if I am put in that situation.I would choose my family of course but if I am asked to promise on someone I love or even God then it would be a different matter altogether cos I just couldn't lie after taking an oath.But def try to do some damage control before its too late.

WHatever it is we are sure in for a very long periods of sob-fest!!

Sadhna should definitely not lie in the court but there is no need to tell about the whole thing as well...if hiding that bit can save Ranvir's life then why not hide it, hiding something is not a lie na, and if it can save so many lives then why not hide it

Look at it this way...

Satyen left home with Ambika saying he could not disown his wife even though Ambika was responsible for his father's death, his nephew's mental imbalance and years of family problems. Nothing stopped Satyen from keeping his commitment to his evil wife.

And here, our hero Alekh, after everything his wife has done for him and his family, including living a celibate and repressed life, Alekh is not only treating her rudely but may throw her out because she sticks to truth. Would he not try and make her understand and help her make the right decision. I'm sure with Alekh's love nad support, Sadhana could be convinced to see the importance of the family's dilema over the truth about the goon.

It is to be expected.Ranvir behaved badly with Ragini cos solving the mystery and helping his brother was more imp to him at that time.Now it looks like Alekh will be following the same path cos helping his bro is the most imp thing for him.

Mamaji,Vinu and Satyen (may be in future we might see Inderjeet) who seems to support their wives even though they are aware of their behaviors

No matters what i would stiick to the truth. You know why if not today than tommrow every1 gonan find out the truth than why not tel it right away.

I agree with you. Not only Sayten but Mamaji, Inderjeet and even Vinu have not left their wives even when they are wrong and mean most of the times. Alekh is totally wrong in this case.
Alekh was mentally unstable and has never fulfilled his duties as a husband towards Sadhana. Sadhana almost died because of him earlier. She didn't leave him even when she had a chance to marry a normal guy Shlok. She gave him so much love and cared for him and his family without expecting anything in return.
May be Alekh is looking for an excuse to kick Sadhana out of his life as he is already emotionally detaching himself from her.

It's not about Sadi lying under oath though. If such question is asked, she should answer correctly. But otherwise, she should protect her family.
If it was Sadi's son, wouldn't she do that? I believe she would.

If Sadi can't lie for Ranveer, then she would never lie for Alekh, her own father, son, Mamaji or anyone else in the same situation. Lets wait and watch the entire sequence in the show.

I completely agree with u....Based on what I know of Sadhna on the past 2/3 years, no matter whether it be a daughter-father relationship or brother-in-law type of relationship she will always follow/tell the truth no matter how complicate the scenario gets..She knows @ the end truth always has a victory so she will always follow that path like an ideal woman always does...😊
