The 8th June episode aired in the UK this evening...

Junaid - Very enjoyable. Liked the acting too..hehe..😃

Saberi - My fave performance from the girls this evening was Saberi's...very nice vocal quality 😊

Brijesh - Alright..nothing special

Poonam - Maybe I was the only person on the planet that didn't like her performance...waaay too high-pitched for comfort *ear-ache* 😳

Mauli - Again, I'm wondering if I was listening to someone different from the judges..I didn't have a good thing to say about this...very disappointing and *covers ears* 😕

Mussarat - Liked this (although I don't think it was the best performance of the night)..his high notes were great, with the low a little shaky..but he's good fun and smiley 😆

Harpreet - A bit like Sunil in that he is under-rated and doesn't get the attention, which is a shame - very nice performance 😊

Anita - I liked this, but it wasn't as good as Saberi. Still, better than Mauli and Poonam in my opinion.

8th June performances:

Saberi and Anita's performances were better than Poonam(she was very loud and voice was shaking. Though she is a good singer, but this week she got the pass out of sympathy I felt). Mauli is the most overrated.

Junaid should have got the green light. Brijesh should go.

Does not look like the mentors listen carefully to them, their individual performances of the day. Always refer to purana performances. They seem to be bullying, ek hi rat lagaye rakkha hai. Looks like VS in a group, HR and ID in another and Bappida is confused to take side in the game. Khyaamji toh kuch boltey hi nahin, Ashaji was much better.

Todays:

Junaid = GWATE!
Harpreet = GWATE!
Mauli = in the beginning, it sounded like she was to loud for that song
Anita w/e = felt like she mest up in voice big time somewhere

Junaid: He was great, and a great competitor for Harpreet, Apurva, Sikhander, and Mussarat
Harpreet: He too was great, and sang a very rhythmical song in a very rhythmical way.
Mauli: i put a sentence for her
Anita: given
Brijesh: Compared to the other two, saw nothing shiney in him
while he was getting out though, the song that came up, liked that beat of the song, and the song itself...

and um, did VS speak to soon about holding it all in?

After the whole drama about Mauli, I think the maha gurus were just too scared to eliminate her

Didn't get to watch the full episode yesterday so won't comment on that! But today, I felt Junaid and Harpreet were very good. Saberi was also pretty good. Anita could have done better but I felt she was better than Mauli 😕

Harpreet was simply amazing 👏 👏

8th June Episode

Among guys, Junaid was Good. Harpreet was also good but I felt these kind of songs don't suit him as much as the old emotional kind of songs.
Mussarrat's voice was strained at some places(as Vishal rightly pointed out) n I felt he gave unnecessary 'murkiyan' to the song.
Among girls, Saberi's singing is improving every episode. I remember she sang besura 1st couple of times. But she was ok in the last episode n this time, she was good.
Poonam got sympathy green, I felt. Her singing was average. Her voice was shaky at places. Anita was good. I felt both Saberi and Anita sang better than Poonam.
Mauli's singing was really weak. I don't understand what Jadoo she has done on the judges rather what Jadoo the 'Mayya Mayya' song has done to the Gurus that inspite of repeated bad performances, shez still in the show.
She sang with a false voice at high notes (That doesnt matter as long as u can carry it well. Almost every female singer sings with false voice at high pitch but u shd know how to merge the two voices so tht it doesnt show to the audience) Apart from that her finishing was very poor. If she wins the competition, I will stop watching this show henceforth.

Actually it was Himesh and Vishal arguing, not Shekhar. He is always quiet.😆
