hi all...
i'm a fan of Sa re ga ma pa....been watching the prev series as well the current one quite regularly. i'm sure all of us 've our fav among the participants. one of my my fav's a Shree Kumar (i think from mumbai)... he was a former participant 'n was called again for the challenge 2005.but unfortunately didnt make it to the current list of candidates. i'd be really obliged if someone could give me his email id. i'm a student of music 'n his singing ways are really neat! i'd like to get in touch with him 'n get some tips too. i've writtne to the response@zeenetwork.com as well 'n still waiting for a reply. in the meantime,junta...please help 😊

pmahesh, please don't build the suspense so much Please post the results. If somebody has problems with the disclousure of result before the telecast then that person should not even read the updates.

Your decision to continue to write detailed synopsis of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa for all of us on this forum, without giving the names of the winners is truly admirable. You have a wonderful judgment and the ability to consider both sides of the argument.Even though you graciously gave an option to people on this forum to PM you, they fell compelled to post the results of the show and spoil the fun for others.this is being malicious!

I have been hearing a lot of bad words about Ismail durbaar here lately. Lets keep one thing very clear....musical acumen and behavioral aspects are two absolutely different things and lets not confuse things. I saw somebody calling him even a coolie!!!!! Now, thats bad. If you think he is toooo rude to the newcomers, probably you have not heard of how Ustaad Allaudin Khan saheb used to behave with his students... how maa siddheshwari devi used to literally kick the students out of her house..BUT can anybody point a finger at their musical genius?? NO..

Remember the song which one of ismail durbaar's sudent sans (a new composition) and also remember the coment which Aadesh Shrivastava (admittedly one of ismail's biggest critic) was absolutely floored by the composition and the remarks he made. Lets not forget the inimitable classy music of Devdas and HDDCS in our bias against Ismail..

I am myself a music connoisseur and understand the nuinsances of whats is being played out there on the show. believe me, the singers are class..and also, you MUST remember that all the music directors who are sitting there as mentors are extremely talented people who have proved themselves in the industry owing to their talent, perseverance and sheer hard work...So, plzzzzzz think 100 times before calling any maestro a besura, coolie, idiot etc etc....

I also agree that Ismail is somebody who is not taking things in a good spirit and it shows on his face. Even when in one episode, he said charo taraf dushman hein...and when Jatin said ye bhale hee hamein dushman samjhein, hu to inhe dost samajhte hain..... Ismail should have apologised for his comments or at least should have clarified his point...but he didnt..anyway..let cncentrate more on the great music he makes rather than only looking at his behaviour..

I agree with you vivg76 that we should not be calling names, ismail darbaar is a talented musical composer.

But, he has a long way to go....he has given music for handful of films and he behaves like a superstar.....the other music directors are equally talented and ismail should respect them. His behaviour with the other mentors as well as his students leaves lot to be desired. We can't be just concentrating on his music, this show is not about just that- here he has been chosen as a mentor and he should behave like one.

I still agree with you that we should avoid calling anybody names but i still hate him.

can anyone tell me when can i watch the repeat telecast of saregamapa if i happen to miss an episode???

priti, waiting for your update on yesterday's episode. i am a new member, am based in dubai and they air the show a week later here. i have read a few of your last updates and they are wonderful. please keep up the good work and most importantly please update yesterday's episode
