Doing all to save RR...Today is a holiday(Parsi New Year)..will check at 9 whether they are accepting phone calls or the rec msg is on the rounds

Just called them ..lines are open...However she was not willing to give her name...neither willing to take mine...heard my msg and said she would give the feed back...I asked how she would give..she was not willing to tell...Anyway all the best ...Please start calling...Will do so again / many times...of course graciously for RR.

Star Plus had so many assistants to take our queries to the concerned authorities and give feedbacks..this time with Rangeela?????. I spoke with great manners and asked her this madam again whether she was forwarding my message..and where could I get the feedback for my query... she asked me to go to the website viacom 18 and there queries would be answered...I guess though if they get bombarded by telephone calls...they would then perhaps start opening a special cell ...so fans please start calling Rangeela on mumbai no. 022 4258 1818 and ask them to save our Show...Looks lonely there...

Agree dear. SP had a seperate Customer care and whatever said they did take our names, numbers etc
I presume no calls. Hence the reason but Rangleela never had a seperate customer care I suppose. Am gonna quote and share ure post in the main forum urging people to call./ Hope u dont mind
