What I believe is that even if Paro were to sign the papers they would only serve as an opening for BSD to investigate Tejawat. They weren't able to search his haveli or get a search warrant earlier because they had nothing...to link him to anything illegal.
I don't think that on the strength of these papers any court would indict Tejawat...that's too simple!

Rudra believes Initially that Paro knows about Tejawat and is shielding him...now he seems to think that she doesn't know and is trying to convince her...even pleading with her to see that even childhood beliefs are sometimes misplaced!

But Paro who has been told BSD is totally evil and seen how Tejawat acted when bindi mentioned Rudra wasn't so bad...hasn't changed her stance an iota...not even thinking about all that he has been telling her!

And She will not change, until she sees with her own eyes.. Deep rooted trust is hard to break.
She is tuned from childhood to believe in Raja Tejawath. Tuned to blv that BSD is their enemy. And Paro has not seen anything to counter this.
What she has seen is a BSD officer killing her nihatha husband. And torturing her to stand against her own ppl. A BSD officer bcze of who she lost everything. A BSD office who may be her saviour, but she thinks, he is saving her only for his own benefit..

The odd moments of tenderness looses its power in front of age old belief unfortunately.
And Rudra iterating that , she will be living a life of punishment, once she is married to him is not helping either ..

I donot think, we can blame either Rudra or PAro for thier belief and behaviour. Both are right in their own POV.
If we want to blame, blame the circumstance, the play of fate and the maniputations, string pullings, staged illusions by the traitors like Tej and Mohini ..
Parud both deserve our sympathy and understanding. The need to unite to win over the darkness.

Like the song goes

Neither Rudra nor Paro is to be blamed here for the current situation they are in... Rudra always believed that Paro knew about the arms exchange happened in her marriage, but she knew nothing... He always protected her but in Paro's POV, he did it just to keep his only witness alive and make her sign those paper's... Paro has grown up believing that the BSD people have killed her parents, took all the happiness form her, even she believed that Rudra has kidnapped her chilhood friend and killed her husband... So how could she trust him against the b=very people who brought her up and fulfilled all her needs... But yes, now, Paro will try to make Rudra beleive in herself, but he'll not do so, as he'll accuse her of killing his father and running away with Tejawat... Life has come a full circle here...

I was only saying that she should have atleast thought about what he was telling her...given the fact that she trusted him enough to call out to him every time she was in danger!
Especially about those other girls...!
Not once has she processed that information even...
It wasn't blaming Paro but pointing out her reluctance to explore the possibility that what she believes could possibly not be the entire truth!

Now if after all this Rudra believes that Paro was always with Tejawat then definitely the question would arise as to how could he not remember that he himself thought her innocent at one time...similarly here she also has to explore atleast the questions being raised!

'what goes around comes around' this means she has sinned. she has willfully done some harm to others.. u r saying she has sowed the bad deeds n will reap them..

that is where i differ.. she has not done any of these things to be accursed.. be told that she deserves the hell that every1 will dish out to her.

If she signed those papers
the first court appointment would ask her if she knew there were guns, after swearing on the Bhagvad Gita that she will not lie, she would have had to tell the truth - which was she knew NOTHING.. n such a big help she would have been for Rudra in that case!

@princessunara, a little more on this: if she signed those papers she'd be committing perjury (lying on oath) coz she seriously does not know Tejawat's hand in the arms dealing and that's what Rudra asks her to sign NOT that she was present or witness to the gun battle; she could serve a jail sentence for that; and if she admitted that she signed because Rudra asked her too, he would be guilty of getting her to sign under duress which would again make him lose the uniform

raja thakur has been like her father, she has grown up with all these people of that village and suddenly some stranger comes and tells her the people who have raised her and loved her from childhood are criminals and terrorists, how should she believe that?
