Hi,

I very much agree to your post.. As even if felt the same .. The duty of the soldier is to protect country and be ready for any circumstance.. I understand that her son is no more which is a big pain..
But slapping an officer and cursing was too much...

Without a doubt, it is a biggest tragedy of someones life to lose a child. But a mother whose kids are in armed services know the reality too. I was utterly disgusted by the scene where she is berating rudra for killing her son. Her son died a tragic and heroic death and her treatment of rudra belittles the sacrifice her son made. I would like to give writers a slap and kick in the butt for portraying the sentiments of a bereaved mother in such a way.
And I also don't like it when Rudra always keeps injecting his emotions of being deserted by his mother in his daily work life. Gather your s*** together and do you job man!

A preoccupied mind doesn't do justice to the work on hand. As long as he keeps getting those mommy episodes he is bound to make blunders. That is how a human mind works but I guess since he is a superhero he has many chambers in his head to do everything perfectly...

Without essaying into the logistics of the RRampant RRage of the mother (yes, she's hitting out at the only person who will understand, yes, she's allowed to, yes, she's belittling the death of a martyr, etc, etc...) I did think it was no fault of Rudra that Vikram died. The mom as well as the son know that this is the side effect of a job such as this. I mean, Vikram did not go into this with his eyes closed. And the mom would not be unaware of this fact.
But I guess she is too grieved to know the difference right now. So she is lashing out at the only person who she is close to.
I also think the CV's showed this, so that Rudra, who is already in pain, due to the loss of his mom, can feel the emotional RRage that the mother is feeling. (So, he's thinking - I am no better than my mum. My mum left me bereft and now I have left this mom bereft.)
