I have watched yesterday's episode again to compare it with today's one, I'm not upset or I don't liked the fact that the mother of the officer was crying, not at all, it's everyone's right to cry on their loved one's death, what I didn't liked and it made me feel bad were the words used.
"Why you took him with you?"
"You killed him"
"Why you didn't died at his place"
"You took my son away from me"
"And hope/pray that God will separate you from your mother one day"
I felt it weird and sorry to say it, but stupid too, I know maybe I'm going to hurt people around here, but when a mother is sending her son to the front she is aware of what can happens to him, she knows that he is going to play with the fire and maybe he can never come back, yeah she prays that all goes well and he returns home safe.
When a man decides to enlist himself, it means he has decided his future and his destiny too, he is well aware of what awaits him. The same goes for his family, maybe his mother in deep down of her heart doesn't want him to go, since is in the nature of a mother to protect her children even at the cost of her own life, but as a mother she cannot even prison her children and she has the "duty" to support them in whatever they decide.
So taking in mind all this, I'm asking how can a mother say "why you took him with you?" and accuse the officer for her son's death. I just want to say something, agar Rudra nahi lekar jata toh koi aur usse le jata kis aur fight me, because this is what a soldier do, fight for his nation and this is his duty too.
And what made me almost hit my head against the wall was "she will not even be able to spit on your dead body" this was rude, I can understand a pain of a mother, but this was undeniably rude, for me this ruins the essence/spirit of a mother. A mother can never say these words no matter in how much pain she is, especially a soldier's mother, with her words she spat on her Son's Shaahidi.
I know I don't have the right to say these things, but we are on a public platform and because I can't keep quiet.
And those who said that it was a mother's love, well I just want to say one thing, you guys are the most sensitive people here, in a good way. But remember there are mothers in the world who kill their babies with their hands, so this is why many are saying that a soldier's mother can never behave like that, this doesn't mean that they are heartless, this just means that they know that they have not given birth to normal children but to special ones, who will make history.
I know this sounds little filmy but this is the reality, their names will be written on the pages of history and will be always remembered with Pride. Their mothers will never say he died, they will say "woh ek shaheed hai" and I think this says all.
If my words hurt someone then I'm sorry.
