OK, here it is..curse me if you don't like it..

Part 104

Khanak is pacing around her room, confused, stressed, cursing…well that's how Shaan finds her in their room..He smiles amused, walks in and closes the room door..She's fa\cing towards the closet, he had carried a bag, he places it on the bed and slowly envelops her from back, his hands on her baby bump, his chin resting on her shoulder..

Shaan: kya hua?? (asks ever so gently)

Khanak: shaan..i've become fat, mera koi bhi dresses fit hi nahi ho raha hain (moved to tears) abb main kya pehnungi, aur maine shopping bhi nahi ki, mujhe time hi nahi mila..Aayush birthday ki plan main bhul hi gayi ki..

Shaan: (turns her around and hugs her to his chest) sshhh! Don't cry Khanak..its good only!

Khanak: (raises her head from his chest and looks accusingly at him) matlab??

Shaan: matlab..(holds her face in his hand) I've got you something..

Khanak: (slowly breaks into smile) really?? Main dekh sakthi hun?? (her eyes glitters)

Shaan: (he leans forward and puts his arms around her neck, his forehead leaning on hers) ek sharth par??

Khanak: sharth?? Kaisi sharth?? (confused)

Shaan: umm..if you promise a date for me, then..(his eyes glitter too)

Khanak: date?? Shaan..we have a marriage going on in our house..(moves out of his hold, but he holds her by her waiste, at first she's startled, she stares into his eyes)

Shaan: promise me Khanak! (demands, but in the most sweetest way, he bends down ever so slowly, her baby bump in between them)

Mom! Mom! Mom! Aayush comes running into their room, Shaan releases her, they look towards the door, Aayush is followed by Nisha..

Aayush: papa aap aagaye?? (he hugs Shaan's legs, now coming upto his waiste, Shaan ruffles his hair)

Shaan: guess what?? I got a new set of spiderman games (winks at Aayush)

Aayush: really?? (happy, Aayush's new profound love for spiderman after watching the movie with his mom and papa!)

Khanak: time out! My turn! Meri wali gift kahan hain? (whines)

Nisha: oh god! You've got two kids! (to shaan) (mocks and giggles)

Shaan: you bet! (grins)

Khanak: Funny! Nisha tumhe apne hi sangeet main late pahunchna hain?? (gives her challenging look)

Nisha: umm..(clears her throat) no! im going to go get ready..(runs from there)

Aayush: main bhi..(runs from there)

Khanak turns to Shaan, gives him a sarcastic smile..Shaan is confused..

Shaan: what did I do know?? (confused)

Khanak: Nothing! (smiles and takes the bag which he had kept on the bed)

He smiles amused at her again..At first, she asked him to give and now she just grabs it, she does know how to get her things her way..His wife! Past month was not easy..well that was in a good way..

She would demand things more boldly now! Craving more for eatables, getting up at an ungodly hour at night..Once it had happened..

He had woken up to find him alone on the bed, startled he gets off the bed..

Shaan: Khanak! (checks for her in the bathroom, but she's no where in their room)

He wonders, he walks out of the room, checks in Aayush's room, but still she's not there..he gets scared, he walks down the hall, moves towards dadi room (she would do that, whenever she felt, she used to just walk into dadi's room and would listen to dadi's calm words) but sees the light in the kitchen arena..

Shaan: oh ya! I should have guesses this! (mocks)

Walks slowly to the kitchen only to be careened by his one and only brother..

Shaan: bhai! Aap kya kar rahe ho yah ape??

Akshay: tum kiss liye aaye ho, ussi ke liye main bhi yaha par hun!

Shaan: matlab?? (confused)

Akshay eyes Shaan to see inside the kitchen, Shaan is not surprised, neither Akshay was, they exchanged a look before entering in to the kitchen..

Khushboo: Khanak ek flavor kaaho na..do do kahoge toh sardi ho jayegi..

Khanak is in a dilemma, still deciding, whether to eat vanilla or chocolate..Khushboo was 7^th month and Khanak in her 5^th month..

Khanak: umm..umm..Aayush ko chocolate pasand hain, mujhe vanilla aur shaan ko dono..confusion toh haina bhabhi..(makes a sad face)

Khushboo: aww! (makes a puupy face)

Outside the kitchen..

Akshay: Shaan agar hum inn dono ko chod diya na, toh poora ka poora fridge kaali kar denge..

Shaan chuckles hearing that, they just enter kitchen..

Akshay: Khushboo..abb bas, chalo so jao..

Khushboo: Akshay abhi main sirf aadha bowl hi khaya hain..(whines and continues to eat her strawberry ice cream)

Akshay finally succeeds in getting Khushboo out of the kitchen, both of them bid Shanak a good night and leaves..

Meanwhile, Khanak has placed a scoop of vanilla and chocolate in her cup and has helped herself to the nuts which are used for desert..

Khanak: tum mujhe nahi rokhoge?? (looking down into her bowl)

Shaan: At 7^th month yes! But for now, you can relish it..(winks at her)

She smiles and extends a spoonful to him, he takes it..

Khanak: abb hogaya ha, abb main aur share nahi kar sakthi..(pulls the bowl to herself and starts eating)

Shaan chuckles and watches her eating, at some point, she stops eating and stares at him as he leans more closer, she squirms in her seat..opens his mouth on her nose and licks off the ice cream, she leaves out a gasp…his one hand cups her cheek, and the other wounds around her waiste, bringing her up and making her lean on him, he stares unblinking into her eyes, her eyes show nervousness at this unexpected intimate moment..his fingers slowly trace on her cheeks, then her upper lip, making her shiver, his lips slowly coming down on hers, she kisses him with equal fervent..

Coming back to present..

Papa and champ are all ready..Both looking dashing, but Aayush is the most cutest and Shaan is dressed to kill..Hamare dulhe raja bhi ready hai..

Nisha steps down, wearing off white ghaghra looking gorgeous, as Raj can't take his eyes off..but Khanak is missing though..Shaan goes upstairs to look for Khanak..There she is, wearing, blue- pink combination ghaghra, blue blouse, with less sequins and pink gharghra flowing elegantly upto her ankle, her hair left out, she looks ravishing with all the ornaments on..She's sitting on the bed, her palm on her bulged tummy..

Shaan: (sits next to her, worried) Khanak, kya hua??

Khanak: (she turns to him, her eyes filled with tears) Shaan..

Shaan: Khanak!! What happened?? Why are you crying?? (startled out of his wits)

Khanak: Shaan..i just felt the movement of baby..(smiling through her tears)

Shaan: (slowly smiles) really?? (places his palm on her tummy)

Khanak: see..did you feel?? (ecstatic)

Shaan: (next moment she find herself in his arms) im very happy today!

They steal the moment for themselves..

Well ahead into the function, Khandelwal house is filled, kids for Aayush's birthday party and plus elders for Raj and Nisha's sangeet..

The lights are dimmed, Aayush stands where ever he is, music starts and there stands Shaan mouthing words for Aayush..

(pulling Aayush into the dance, people join in, Khanak just claps and smiles)

Khanak : (sings the song holding his hand, but doesn't dance)

Phir Apne Yeh Sapne Sabko Dikhlaaye Ja

Shaan pulls Aayush to the dance once again..

Shaan: Tere Liye yahaan Pe Hai
Kuch Bhi Nahin Namumkin

Jo Ke Ho Masti Ke Bin

Loud clapping for the trio, has they hugged each other, Aayush in the middle..Whole Khandelwal family joining in..Khushboo is more emotional than Khanak..

Aayush: thank you mom and papa!!! (yells) Can I ask something??

Shaan: ofcourse champ! Go ahead..(smiles and lifts him up in his arms)

Aayush: Actually I have to ask Raj uncle and Nisha aunty for this..

Shaan and Khanak have no clue either, Raj and Nisha smiles..

Nisha: yeh bhi poochne ki koi baat hain?? Bolo na..

Raj: haan Aayush..

Aayush: can I be the DJ?? (with the most innocent look and pleading eyes)

Khanak: Aayush..

Aayush: Mom please…(pleads)

Raj: achcha teek hain! We'll see..agar mujhe pasand nahi aaya toh then we'll see..(gives the challenging look)

Aayush: uske liye chance hi nahi hain..! (confident)

Raj: dekhthe hain..

Nisha: Aayush im on your side..(smiles broadly at Aayush, while Raj looks at her)

Aayush: Ok then..first..umm..we'll start with Raj uncle and Nisha aunty..Dhruv uncle aap bhi join kar sakthe hain, Nithya aunty ke saath..

Aayush whispers the song into their ears and runs off..they are not able to tell no, others are left in wonder..

Music starts..

Aayush enjoys his game a lot, loud clapping after the dance, Raj and Nisha were cute as thought they meant the song..Nithya was smiling broadly for a change, finally she was blending..

Khanak claps for her friends, at the same time she's pulled by Shaan, his hand is holding her arm, she looks startled at him..He signals her to be silent, and pulls her out of the cord, at the same time doing thumbs up to Misha, while Misha winks at them..

Khanak: Shaan where are you taking me??

Shaan: Wait Khanak..

They reach a room, its not theirs..Khanak wonders, she was told it was closed..But now..He opens the door for her, the room looks beautiful, he had decorated it, room is painted in combination with pink and blue, there are two cradles..Khanak looks at Shaan..

Shaan: Actually, bhai aur maine decide kiya ki, dono babies ka ek hi nursery hoga..(shrugs and smiles)

Khanak: (smiles) This is so beautiful Shaan..Thank you..(hugs him, tears flow down)

Shaan: Khanak..(wiping her tears, at the same time holding her in his arms)

And suddenly, he releases her and leans in front of her..Khanak looks at him..

Shaan: May I have a dance Mrs. Shantanu Khandelwal! (extending his hand)

Khanak: ofcourse! (holds his hand) But hum bahar sab ke saath bhi toh kar sakthe hai na??

Shaan: yeah..but yaha par ek dance aur bahar ek dance aur..

Khanak: do do??

Shaan: yep! So shall we?? (standing up, his hand wounds around her waiste, she leans in)

Khanak: aur music?? (looking into his eyes, softly mocking)

Shaan: umm..ya..

Shaan: Hum tere bin ab reh nahi sakte
Tere bina kya wajood mera

Tujhse juda gar ho jaayenge
Toh khud se hi ho jaayenge judaa

Khanak giggles hearing that, he sings for her

Kyunki tum hi ho
Ab tum hi ho

Chain bhi, mera dard bhi

She completely leans on his chest, thanking all her stars to have found him for her..Her own parents wouldn't have given her so much love, he's showering her with all his love, like there's no tomorrow, he's the world to her, her happiness lies inside him, and he'll be the only one for her, forever..

Lost in each other arms, they stood in their future baby's room..They would fall deeper into each other's love everyday, every minute..They would never fail bring that smile on each other's face, the only reason of happiness in their life was them! And ofcourse Aayush!
