In to the party..Khanak and Shaan joins back to the party..

Raj: chalo bhai finally hamare love birds aa gaye! (mocks)

Khanak: funny raj! (Shaan is still embracing her, smiling, her arms are around his waiste)

Aayush: ok fine! Next turn is..

All are waiting eagerly, Raj did see that Nisha was ignoring him, but he was not getting time alone for her, he didn't even know what was her problem..oh god! Girls!! Thinks aloud in his mind..

Aayush: dada! (All are shocked, Shaan and Khanak were surprised, but then smiled at Aayush's mischeivousness)

Sunil: Main???!! (shocked)

Aayush: haan! Aap! Aapne hi toh dadi ko challenge kar rahe the, aaj subah..kyun dadi?? (turns to Madhvi)

Madhvi: Correct Aayush! Sunil, abb maan jao, tum bhudde ho gaye ho..(teases)

Sunil: bhudda kaun?? Toh teek hai na, dance karna hai na, toh teek hain..(keeps his martini aside and walks to Aayush)

Akshay: Dad soch lo..Aayush is giving the song! (warns him)

Aayush is grinning, Akshay is standing next to seated Khushboo, all are giving challenging look to Sunil..

Khushboo: Dad come on..im on your side..(cheers for him)

Khanak: me too (grinning)

Sunil: ok! (goes to Aayush, Aayush whispers the song to his ears)

Sunil: no beta! (smiling, shakes his index finger)

Aayush: who sab nahi pata mujhe, aapko karna padega!!

Khanak: ok..Aayush then you have to do it with dad!

Aayush: hmm..ok!

Sunil:ok then!!

Shaan: All the best dad! (his thumbs up grinning)

Lights go dim, there appears a voice, a man only his shadow is seen..

Raj finally gets near to Nisha, Nisha is happy, she's clapping, didn't notice Raj near her..

Raj: hey..

Nisha notices him, and continues to see the Khandelwal family exchanging their hugs..

Raj: now, what did I do?? (stands in front of her)

Nisha: (looks at him for a moment) kuch nahi..

Raj: Then why are you playing this game?? (sarcastic)

Nisha: you don't know??

Raj: no..(clueless)

Nisha: forget it Raj..i don't want to speak about this..(leaves from there)

Raj is irritated, this conversation happened when Sunil was dancing, Raj goes to Khanak, who was happily enjoying her family dance, pulls her to a side, and their talk is unseen by everyone..

They come out, and Raj goes disappearing, Khanak joins back her family, there is loud clapping and cheering for the Khandelwal boys!!

And once again the light goes dim, all of them clear of from the stage..

Raj appears with the mike..

Raj: And this one goes to my bride..(smiles and winks at Nisha)

Nisha is stunned, she waits, everyone does..

Ek din kabhee jo khud ko taraashay

Raj extends his hand to Nisha, Nisha shyly gives her hand and they take up the centre of the stage, he mouthed the words, and he meant it, for her! Only her!

A loud hurrah for the new couple!! They move away from each other, shyly..

Madhvi and Nisha come towards Khanak, who was helping Aayush in selecting the songs..

Khanak eyes glittered after hearing to them..She sprung on his feet and went into room, and got what she wanted, Khanak was flying high above in the sky..

She had been planning to do this from past few days or you can say months, she wanted to give a surprise for Shaan..And now it's the time..

Misha enters with Nirav, hi's exchanged, all are happy to have him, especially Misha!!

Khanak takes a seat, strings the guitar! Yes the guitar! All are attracted towards her, even Shaan..Shaan is surprised to see his wife with his guitar..Yes, she had forced him into teaching her, he used to use the opportunity to tease her and torment her and would take her to the bed finally! He's reminded of one such scene from not so long ago, just before she got to know that she was carrying his baby..

He was sitting on the bed, looking into a book, deep in thought, takes down some notes too..as they say knowledge has no bounds, the profession he is in, teaches him a new lesson everyday, for that matter, we all learn lesson each and every day, all we have to do is to just think about the whole day, before you go to bed..

She barges into the room, closes the door, she comes near him, sits in front of him, he looks at her and once again goes back to his book..

Shaan: kya hua Khanak?? (writing down his notes)

Khanak: im so bored!! (sad) Ghar par koi bhi nahi hain, aur Aayush bhi baahar khelne ke liye chala gaya, aur tum, pata nahi kya kar rahe ho..

Shaan: what do you want to do? (looks up at her)

Khanak: hmm..(starts thinking)

Shaan uses the opportunity, moves closer to her, she's busy in thinking, he slowly keeps his books away, clears the bed, he's now very close to her..Who wants to leave an opportunity, when the lady of love, herself comes near to him ;)

Before he could voice out his desire..

Khanak: guitar!!!

Shaan: (shocked, stunned) guitar!

Khanak: (she holds his hand) Shaan please teach me guitar na!! please..please'

Shaan: Khanak!! Seriously..now??

Khanak: yes!! (her eyes glitter, she runs to get the guitar)

Brings it, he can see that she's very happy, he smiles, he makes her sit in between his legs, both are sitting on the edge of the bed, her back leaning on his chest, he first teaches how to hold the instrument properly, his cheeks brushing hers..

Shaan: what do I get in return??

Khanak: matlab?? (holding the guitar)

Shaan: Matlab..(his voice turns husky) I need one kiss for every 5 minute class!

Khanak: 5 minutes?? (stunned)

Shaan: yep! Soch lo, we can actually go into'(she shuts her eyes and hides in his chest, he chuckles, he holds her)

Shaan: time for lessons!!

He taught her how to pull the strings, tightening up the strings..he brings his cheek in front, she looks stunned, gets his unspoken desire, she pecks him on his cheek, he sighs, she smiles shyly, bites her lower lip..This goes for about half-an-hour, she has already kissed all over his face, except his lips, they both are so much knocked out, he finally grabs his guitar, places it aside and hovers over her..

She's laying on her back, he's above her, she pulls his collar, he's stunned, smiles..leans down on her, her hands wound around his back, snugly..And they were lost, no one disturbed them, even they didn't step out of the room!

He's out of his reverie, to the present..She's sitting with the guitar and starts to play it slowly, as she announces..

Khanak: And this goes to our beloved lovers!! (smiling cheekily, she starts)

Her eyes is just trained on him..telling him, what he meant in her life..

Koi khabar aayi na pasand to, end badal denge..

Munh khuli jamhaai pe

Hum bajaayein chutkiyaan (All girls moves towards their lovers, all the younger ones plus the older ones too, all are now in couples, while Khanak sit there and sings the song for her husband, and Shaan has got his eyes only for her!)

Ghar daftar mein le ke chalenge hum

Pace picks up, couples dance merily..

Loud clapping for Khanak, plus for all the couples who had joined on the floor, Shaan walks toward Khanak, sits in front of her, she continues to play the guitar, while he sings, he means it..

Me again..i know im super late..this one had to be posted on Pranju's b'day itself..but kept on delaying, this will be the most special for me ofcourse..

OK..here it is and this is the last part..

Part 106- Last part

Mom!!! Khanak!!! Aayush and Shaan came looking for her, hollering her name around the house..Khanak was in nursery..they both reach the nursery..there she is..they can hear her singing..she's faint..for sure that faint song is enough to put her little doll in sleep..yes, her little doll, her 3 month old, little girl..

Khanak was once again a mother..but this time, she had been through everything..the pain, the joy, she was so small..Khanak's mind wanders to the day when she held her baby for the first time..She had felt that sudden thrill, shaking her system..she remembers Shaan..his hand had shivered when he had held their angel for first time..They both had held many babies, but..both of their eyes had glittered..Aayush was too eager to meet the new member..

Just before 3 months, Khushboo had delivered a sweet cute little boy..Khanak didn't have any particular wish of having a girl child..but Shaan did have! He would tell that it would complete their family..One boy, one girl..Actually he didn't have any problem in trying once again..but Khanak was terrified..

She was terrified with the thought that how will she be able to manage?? He would just grin..

After her delivery, she was staying with dadi..At first Shaan had lots of trouble in agreeing, but then, he was happy that she wasn't going anywhere..Raj's parents were ready to take Khanak to their home, Khanak had been delightful, thinking that she'll be spending time with Nisha..But Shaan had poured water..If Khanak and his new angel goes off, even Aayush will go off..what will he do without them???

He had readily declined it..but he had to agree that Khanak will be staying with dadi..Something is better than nothing..

And now..she's trying to put her angel into sleep, after the daily routine of feeding her, she's singing a lullaby to the baby..Shaan and Aayush stood near the door and listening to it..

Sleep my angel..sleep all the night..

Dream my baby..dream again..

Sleep my angel..sleep all the night..

Dream my baby..dream again..

Dreams are free like clouds in the sky

Dreams are bright like the stars in the sky

Deams are real like castle..

Hmm..hmm..hmm..

Shaan stood their with a smile, looking at her, putting their angel to sleep..He had been busy for past few months, he was enrolled into another clinical trial, this time Shaan was working with Samar..Shaan had an offer, either he had to go back to London for his fellowship or he had to take up this trial..Khanak was not in a state of travelling, and he wouldn't leave without Khanak to anywhere..So, he took up the trial..Khanak never complained about his absence, she waited for him..He would be so exhausted, but her presence in his life, had made it so beautiful..Yes, of course, when he was with her, she gets her ways, what she wants she just wants..Her sweet cute little ways would bring him back to the world, reminding him that he has his family who needs him at every step of their life..

On the other hand..Aayush, was very happy, he's got a brother and now a sister..and he had named both of them..He named his brother as Aarav and his cute little sister as Aarna..Khushboo loved Aarav name, and that's what she named her son.. Aayush was very happy.. Khanak was very happy..this family had given Aayush that place, she had never imagined in her life..

And ofcourse! How can we forget about their first marriage anniversary, it was just after Raj and Nisha's marriage..Shaan acted like as though he doesn't remember, Khanak at first was very sad..and then anger bubbled inside her..how can he forget?? Tears had rolled down..but at the next moment, she found herself standing in a dark room, somebody had tuned the lights to dim..she cleared her eyes and searched over the room..And there was that pair of hands, which snugly wound around her, his chin on her shoulder, as he held her, her back resting on his chest..'khanakkk...tum ro kyun rahi ho??' He had asked her though he knew what was bothering her..'you don't know!' she rather stated than asking him a question..At that instant, he had turned her so that, she was facing him, her faint tears..'im sorry..i was just planning for a surprise' he pleaded..she had hugged him in return..'I don't need anything' her head rested on his chest..His arms wound around her..'ek baar dekh toh lo'...'nahi!' she protested, not letting him go away..All she ever wanted is him! He meant so much to her, she had already lost her beloved ones, she could never ever bring herself to imagine, him being even a mile away..She had committed mistakes but now she was sure of what she wanted from her life..most importantly him..

How would he live without her?? When Khanak got to know about the fellowship, she had forced him into taking up the offer..This had lead into an argument..Khanak was 8^th month pregnant..

Khanak: Shaan..please take up the fellowship offer, you won't be getting it again..im all fine..(He had cutted her off)

Shaan: (looking straight and into her eyes, with that arrogant look) Khanak, I told it's a no! then it's a no! Im not going anywhere..waise, I don't need that fellowship, im happy over here! (he was upset)

Khanak: but Shaan..( she walked towards him, placed her hand on his shoulder, his back is towards her) I know your doing this because of me, but shaan ghar par sab log bhi toh hain..mom hain, dad hain, Aayush sab log hain mera khayal rakhne ke liye..you should go Shaan! (She wanted his dreams to come true, she wished the best for him)

Shaan: (he turned around to face her, he was sad, upset, hurt) So, you don't need me anymore? (he spoke harshly, tears welled up in her eyes)

She sat down on the floor, how could he say that?? She was hurt very badly..didn't he know about her?? Next moment, he sat down next to her and hugged her to his chest, he realized it, it was harsh of him, but he couldn't help..Tears welled up in his eyes too..

Shaan: im sorry Khanak..but, you know me..(lifted her face, tears are flowing on her cheeks, her jaw and then dripping down) Your date is coming, you expect me to go away? No, Khanak! I can't leave you alone!! (He hugged her back to his chest) Please..don't force me..!

She hugged him back, she didn't tell anything after that, neither he did..They had stayed in the cling.

As her due date was nearing, she was asked to not to climb the stairs by her family, she had to stay in dadi's room..She missed him a lot!! One night, she had walked up the stairs in the middle of night, he was tired he had slept..she had climbed in the bed, layed her head on his chest, made his hand to go around her shoulders, her face lighting up in the dark! Now, she could sleep..! He smiled remembering the incident..he had woken up to find her next to him, curled up, looking like an angel..her one hand lying on her womb..he had pecked her on her forehead and then her womb..Response was a kick from the baby..woked her up, her eyes first happy and then to horrified expression as her contractions had started to begin..Following 8 hours was hell! For him, ofcourse!

Aayush: Mom! (bringing Shaan and Khanak out of their dream world)

Khanak: shh!! (she made the baby sleep in the cradle)

Aayush tip toed..

Aayush: mom! Aarna so gayi?? (Khanak nodded smiling at her son)

Aayush: mom! Mujhe uske saath khelna tha!! (whispers and whines)

Khanak smiled, brought him and her husband out of the room..

Shaan: Khanak..we wanted to be with Aarna..(looks back into the room, where his angel slept peacefully)

Khanak: Shaan tum bhi..tum log subah se khel rahe ho uske saath, abhi usko sone do..chalo..

Aayush: mom, aapko pata hain, aaj Aarna ne pehli baar mujhe dekhar smile kiya!! (shares excitedly, grinning)

Shaan: waah! Champ! (does hi 5 with him)

Khanak: trip ka kya hua??

Shaan: tumhari doston ka confusion hain boss..hum toh kab se ready hain! (winks at her)

Aayush: papa chalo, hum bhi so jaathe hain! (yawns)

Shaan: Aayush tum jao..main abhi aata hun..(smiles)

Aayush: ok..good night papa, good night mom! (walks to his room)

Khanak looks at his back..Shaan pulls her close, his hands on her waiste..

Shaan: Aur kitne din Khanak?? (his forehead leaning on hers)

Khanak: din nahi mahine! (she replied mischievously, leans on his chest)

Shaan: hmm..(hugs her, holds her tight, leaves out a huge sigh) Khanak please oopar aa jao..i promise I won't do anything..

Khanak: haan toh jab dadi ne kaha, aapne kuch kaha kyun nahi..

Shaan: mujhe laga tumhe strain hoga..issliye maine haan kardi..

Khanak: abb bhugtho! (grins)

Madhvi calls for her, she has to go, but still wants to hold on..He lets her go..

Khanak was coming to normal terms, Aarna is now 6 months old..Khanak is back in their room, Shaan is very excited..He returns back from hospital to see her in their room, wearing a saree, she was arranging her clothes back in her closet..his angel was peacefully sleeping in her cradle, which had been shifted from the nursery..A huge grin pastes on his face, he walks in slowly, places his bag on the bed..walks upto her and hugs her from the back, places his chin on her shoulder, her fragrance envelopes him, she smiles in recognition..

She was dying to be back in their room, back to him, where she belonged..

Khanak: itni jaldi kaise?? (smiles knowingly)

Shaan: aise hi, kyun tumhe pata nahi hai..(hugs her more tightly, closes his eyes)

She smiles..And there comes our Aayush..

Aayush: papa..(Shaan leaves Khanak and turns around to see Aayush, Khanak also turns to Aayush)

Shaan: Hey champ! (smiles, Aayush runs to shaan, Shaan picks him up, Khanak smiles and gets back to doing her work)

Aayush: Papa, kal parents meeting hain, aap aayenge na??

Shaan: Ofcourse! (smiles)

Aayush: yay! Aur Aarna bhi aayegi..hain na mom??

Shaan: Aarna bhi aayegi, aur aapki mom bhi! (declares)

Aayush: aur uske baad bahar jayenge..

Khanak now turns around..

Khanak: kahi nahi jayenge! (hands fold across chest)

Shaan: kyun nahi jayenge?? Hum jayenge Aayush..(Aayush smiles)

Khanak: Arrey..Aarna ke bare main toh socho..

Suddenly it hits Shaan that, Aarna is still small..

Shaan: uugghh!! Aayush..hum kabhi aur chale jayenge..(Aayush face falls)

Shaan: Ya phir main aur tum ja sakthe hain..tumhari mom ko chod ke (winks)

Aayush smiles and agrees, Khanak just shakes her head gets back to her work..

Dinner time in Khandelwal as usually boisterous, Aarav was getting feeded by his mom and dad, Aarna was still fast asleep, Aayush wanted to feed Aarav also..They all let him feed Aarav, when he did, all clapped for him..All were very happy! Kids bring that smile in onto our face, how much ever you might be stressed out, just one look at them, they bring lots of joy and happiness with them..

Khanak has just fed Aarna, made her sleep back on the cradle, Aarna curled to her side, falling into a peaceful slumber..Aarna's nose was like Shaan's, Khanak smiles, but Aarna's eyes reminded Khanak, her dad's, which inturn told that, Aarna's eyes were like Khanak's..Aarna, had started to play, and had started to recognize her mom, dad and ofcourse her brother, Aayush..Shaan lately spent his time with Aarna, teaching her to tell Dad, though he knew she was very small for it, but still..

He used to speak with Aarna, means, whispering somethings to Aarna, Khanak had questioned him too, he used to just shrug, and would tell her that it's a secret between Dad and daughter and would wink at her..Khanak smiled, stood back walked towards the window, she was not changed, but her life is..But, as they say change is for good, change in her life was best..

He enters into the room, finds her looking out of the window, smiles mischeviously, enters in and shuts the door slowly..walks over to her slowly, and picks her up, she's startled for a second, leaves out a loud gasp..

Khanak: Shaan..what are you doing?? Put me down!!

Shaan: Sorry madam, aaj aapki koi baat nahi suni nahi jayegi!

Places her on the bed, hovers over her, her hands wounds around him, they find the same pleasure in each other's arms..He leans downwards while looking into her eyes, she welcomes with all the adority and love, he kisses her deeply, and she responds to it, her eyes closed..His hands move down to her waiste, pulling on her sarree..she breathes audibly..They both lose themselves to each other..They fall in to peaceful and exhausted slumber in each other arms..After about 7 months, they both made love..

After few hours Khanak wakes up, as she hears Aarna crying..Aarna mostly woke up at the nights, would play mostly during night times, giving Khanak a hard time during sleeping hours..Khanak smiled at her daughter, as Aarna played on her lap..Khanak wore a another saree..Shaan slept peacefully, and was disturbed as Aarna squealed, Khanak couldn't help it, the more she shushed Aarna, Aarna made loud noices..Khanak just smiled..Aarna wanted her mom to take her out..Khanak picked Aarna in her arms and walked over to the balcony, so as to not to disturb Shaan, but Shaan was wide awake now..

He knew that his daughter gives a lot trouble to his wife at night like he does, he chuckled for himself..He wore his Shirt back, walked towards the balcony...Thankfully it was not windy..

Aarna was slowly giving in..She leaned on her mother's shoulders, while Khanak patted on her back, so that Aarna goes back to sleep, Aarna's eyes were open, but she just cudled in her mom's arms..

Shaan wounds his arms around his wife and his princess..Aarna is disturbed, gets up all alerted, finds her papa, starts to smile, Shaan is delighted to receive that smile from his daughter..Takes Aarna in his arms..

Shaan: kya hua?? Aarna ko neend nahi aa rahi hain?? (speaks with his daughter as she curled up against his chest)

Aarna in her white and pink night dress, her whole body is covered by that dress, even her hands and legs..The dress kept her warm, she's chubby, the most cutest doll ever!! She used her small fingers and the most soft ever hands on his face, toucing his nose with her index finger, making him smile more wider..Khanak smiles seeing this..

Khanak: Abb papa ka time hai..main toh chali sone..

Shaan: haan haan..kyun nahi, Aarna, mama ko goodnight bolo, (holds her palm in his hand, waves bye to Khanak)

As Khanak starts to walk in, Aarna starts to make noises, crying for her mama..Khanak appears in the next second, he hands Aarna back to Khanak..Khanak carries her back to her room, puts her back into sleep, and both mama and papa also sleeps..

After 6 months more..They all have planned for a vacation, Aarna has grown, Aarna can walk with support, Aarna speaks with one letter..Aarna is more cuter, more lovely...How can we leave Aarav, Aarav can run now, Aarav can tell ma and da..And yes, our Aayush, he has grown up, he's growing tall like his papa..his basket ball classes going..All have planned to go to Lonavala..Raj-Nisha and Dhruv-Nitya to join them too..Dhruv and Nithya were married, Nithya is trying hard to mingle..

All are standing near the cars, Khanak hands Aarna to Shaan, he looks at Khanak..

Khanak: Aaj mujhe drive karna hain, isliye tum Aarna ka khayal rako!

Shaan: Arrey wah! Then hop on..(Shows his Q7)

Khanak: (Shakes her head) meri car!!

Shaan: Polo?

Khanak: yep!!

Shaan: Are you sure? I mean, humne saare saaman iss gadi main dala hain..(she stops him)

Khanak: Nahi tum log iss car main aaon, aur main, Nisha, Bhabhi, meri car main aayenge! (smiles)

Aayush: Aur main waha jaha Aarna aur Aarav rahenge!

Khanak: Toh aap papa ke paas jao! Aur haan..(looks at Akshay) Akshay bhaiyya aap Aarav ko sambhalo..(Akshay smiles and nods)

Aayush: toh main Aarav aur Aarna dono ke paas reh saktha hun!! Yaaayyy!! (Jumps in joy, Khanak smiles)

Raj: kya baat hain, aaj saare bachchein papa ke saath, mama's kaha jaane ki plan bana rahi hain??! (winks at Khanak)

Khanak: Raj tum kabhi nahi sudrogi..(Nisha giggles at that)

Raj looks at Nisha like really?? With that mischievous look, Nisha blushes and moves away from him, Khanak and Shaan notices this, they just smile..

Khanak: Nithya? If you want, then you can join us..

Nithya: Sure..

Khanak: ok then see you guys..aur haan..

Akshay and Khushboo: Mom and dad kahan hain??

Shaan: They already left, dadi bhi gayi unke saath..

Khushboo: so, see you guys in Lonavala..Akshay, Aarav ka khayal rakhna..

Akshay: yes mam!! (bends forward and salutes to her)

All girls leave in Polo..

Raj: Shaan, Aarna ko idhar do, she looking very pretty today..

Shaan: Oye! Meri beti se door raho! Shaadi ho chuki hain teri..

Raj: Shit yaar! Mujhe wait kar lena chayiye tha..(fists his right hand and hits on his own left hand's palm)

Shaan: Ha! Rukk, Nisha ko batatu..

Raj: Arrey nahi yaar..(smiles sheepishly)

Dhruv: Shaan, can I drive?

Shaan: Sure dude!

They also leave for Lonavala..

The same day..at the evening..all wants to play cricket, teams were made, Boys v/s girls...

Game starts, Girls choose for batting, Boys for bowling, Sunil has been made to be umpire..Dadi and Madhvi sits and watches the match..Aarav is sitting with them, as he is playing with his toy, Aarna is asleep..Raj is going to play with the commentary

First one to bat is Khanak, by seeing the opener, our bowler is..Shaan, Aayush is the wicket keeper, and all the other guys take their positions..

Aayush: Papa..sambhal ke..(trying to hint him)

Dhruv: han bhai sambhalke..

Girls cheer for Khanak, guys for Shaan...And there goes the first ball, she hits it with a force, Shaan actually had put the slowest ball..And that ball goes for four!!! Girls goes on for beserking clapping, Khanak grins!! Shaan is stunned with shot..

Aayush: papa maine kaha tha na..Mom bahut achchi cricket khelti hain! (not happy with the scoring)

Raj: How can we forget! (teases)

Dhruv: Shaan..next one should be the faster one please..

Girls go for, Go Khanak!!

Khanak smiles, as Shaan bowls properly this time, in the pretext of getting her out, but his badluck, she hits it up and the ball goes and bangs on the window, breaking it into pieces..Khanak leaves the bat and covers her face with her hands, everyone of them look at her..Shaan is stumped and amazed..Aayush runs to look for the ball..

Khanak: sorry!!!

Raj: Oye! Kisse sorry bol rahi hain...tera hi toh ghar hain..

All starts laughing, she removes her hands, looks at Shaan, he's grinning..And suddenly, she starts to run inside the house..

Khushboo: Khanak kya hua??

Khanak: (turns back, while running in) Aarna..

None of them heard Aarna cry, Khanak heard and ran near her doll, assuring her that she was there..

After a while Khanak comes out with Aarna in her hands..Aayush is eating biscuit with Aarav..Game is on a break..Aayush and Aarav runs, when they see Aarna coming in..And the evening goes on..

Nisha wants to play Antakshari..the game goes on..Shaan's turn..His eyes on hers..she has Aarna on her lap, and Aayush next to her..
