Ok now coming back to your topic...great question dear...what will make Shaan sing....and what really happened in teh past....

On the topic ...heres my thought ...

Also its evident that the guitar and the person who gifted still holds a special place in his heart they way he doesnot let anyone touch it ....with the doors to his past open he is vulnerable and Khanak's unconditonal support at this point would definitely affect him...Khanak would the reason for whom he sings I think after she says those much awaited 3 words ...

Let's say 'the old song' for her would be better because it is related with past.

u r right Amrita....when I wrote about baggage, I realized that for Shaan to sing after the unload would mean, Khanak unloading before the party, which doesnt seem to be the case as the party is just next in line.....so, it has to be after the party....and then I guess, it would be that burning memory and his jitteriness to be with Khanak that might make him sing for now...
