Anupamaa: Anupama recalls Malti Devi after hearing about a chance to revisit America

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, the two rival groups, Anupama's team and Rahi's team, find themselves clashing over the use of the green room. Pakhi stubbornly refuses to move, which raises the tension inside the room. When Devika warns her to behave or risk being pushed aside, Pakhi snaps back, daring her to try and touch her even once.

At that moment, Preet jumps in, boldly saying that she wouldn't hesitate to throw a punch either, further escalating the heated showdown. The heated exchange continues, and the production crew secretly capture the escalating drama.

Green Room Chaos

Anupama then intervenes, pointing out that both teams have been allotted the same room and will need to prepare together. Rahi, however, retorts that if she couldn't manage living under the same roof with Anupama, sharing a green room is out of the question. In response, Anupama suggests that Rahi's group could even get ready outside using a mirror.

Anupama reminds Rahi and her group that since they have chosen not to leave, they must learn to adjust. She lightheartedly adds that the situation now feels no less than a wedding house where everyone has to get ready under the same roof.

To ease the tension, she suggests that Rahi's team settle in one corner of the room. However, Meeta expresses her wish to occupy a different corner, considering it more suitable as per Vastu. Understanding this, Anupama allows them to take that space instead.

Secret Camera Captures Team Clash

But peace does not last long. Soon, Preet and Pakhi get into a fresh argument over where to place their bags. The fight escalates when Preet throws Pakhi's bag down, provoking a furious reaction. Pakhi threatens Preet, and the conflict grows louder.

Devika intervenes once more, warning Pakhi that she will throw her out with the very hand she once used to care for her during childhood. This infuriates Pakhi further, and she lashes back at Devika without hesitation.

As the chaos continues, the production crew makes sure to capture every moment of the ongoing clash between Dance Ranis and Rahi's academy. Members from both teams get increasingly involved, and the argument turns even more intense. Just then, an announcement declaring that the grand finale will begin in the next five minutes shocks everyone, forcing them to pause in disbelief.

Watching the squabble continue, Anupama sarcastically remarks that they should keep fighting since the finale can apparently wait. Eventually, both sides begin preparing for the competition.

Performance for Lord Ganesha

On stage, Kunal greets the audience and introduces the Taal Se Taal dance competition, highlighting the presence of the finalists. He then announces that the battle ahead is not just between two teams but also between relationships, with a mother on one side and her daughter on the other. Devika questions, asking why he is emphasising the mother-daughter angle instead of simply presenting them as competitors.

Anupama adds her perspective, saying that television thrives on conflict and drama because makers believe that's what brings in ratings, even though there are audiences who value quality performances. Kunal then reveals that the contest will span two days, kicking off with a grand welcome for Lord Ganesha.

When asked to join Anupama's group for the dance dedicated to Ganesha, Rahi refuses. Sarita tries to persuade her, reminding her that the performance is for the deity, but Rahi speaks rudely to Dipa, who advises her to mind her tone. The production team instructs both sides to get ready quickly. Anupama firmly warns everyone not to resort to tricks or manipulation during the performance, as it is being offered to God.

Prize Money Twist and Anupama’s Memories

The much-awaited group performance finally takes place, with Anupama, Rahi, and the Delhi team sharing the stage. Afterwards, Kunal announces that Ahuja has doubled the prize money from 10 Lakhs to 50 Lakhs and revealed that the winners will also get the golden opportunity to perform in America's dance competition.

This moment leaves Anupama emotional as memories of her past with Malti Devi resurface. She remembers how Malti Devi had once asked her to join the gurukul in America. Standing on stage, Anupama reflects on her journey, her bond with dance, and the significant chapter of her life spent in America.

Kunal then calls Manohar onto the stage to honour him for his contribution to dance. Anupama warmly urges him to showcase his talent once more, saying the audience wants to see him shine again. Kunal compliments Manohar's extraordinary skills, while Ketan informs everyone that both Anupama and Rahi will pay tribute to him together. Overwhelmed, Manohar gets emotional.
