Check the raped woman's response to her rapist I posted above...

I am not saying that a case should not be registered or the perpetrator does not deserve to be hanged...I am not that forgiving...but I have seen people who have forgiven years of infidelity...that changed their husbands into better human beings...just the persistence of women who never stopped loving...and I admire such people...if U ask if that is possible by me- may be not..but that does not mean I am better than people who do.😳

I checked all the responses Soup...and what you are saying is subjective and changes from person to person...I cannot make myself forgive somethings but that does not make me a lesser mortal...

@Bold: If this line means that u think I blame Dilshaad coz she was forgiving...nope...I don't...it's her wimp of a husband...I only wish Dilshaad gave a little more attention to Asad..she can leave if she wants to..but she is going about it in a very insensitive manner...still I don't blame her...because I know men like Rashid exist and they can manipulate the most alert humans...so Dilshaad is not to blame here...

@chickensoup.
First of all I am not of Christian faith .
Secondly my response has nothing to do with biblical standards
My two cents is only the right thing to do where family is concerned. .
I left out the murderer point because that's under a different category .
I was raised in a country that separates church and state . So whatever laws they implement and whoever they pardon is according their law .. and the presidential pardon is an historical tradition and has no bearing on the guilt or forgiveness of the person . It's just pure luck of choice . That means nothing as far as I'm concern . The whole point here is back to QH and the history of the character of Rashid . Whether you accept it or not he's not worthy of any woman . Rashid is a man of no culture according to my books . Dilshad deserves to live a life of comfort .. The kind she will only have with a husband . But Rashid is not that man . I don't have to repeat why. It tends to get boring to the reader .

She is after TRPs for sure...all of them are...she experiments along with trying to get TRPs...that I will give it to her...but when asked to choose between experiment and TRP..she chooses TRP...which is totally fair...I cannot teach her how to run her business for sure...

Of course...I have as much right to profess my opinion as she and her team have to make their show their own way...so that effectively closes the discussion right?...I don't owe her anything...neither does she...if she makes mockery out of my beliefs..I will quit again😊

I am not married to her now, am I?😆..I don't need to stand by her in health and in sickness...she sells I buy..if I don't like what she sells...I go to another shop

Shruti,

U R seeing Rashid through Asad's eyes...exactly like that. That is why you call him a manipulator...something Dilshad is not able t convince Asad against...liek I am not able to convince you after so many discussions...so it is futile for Dilshad to even try and tell Asad why she wants to pardon Rashid.

Try to see him through Dilshad's and Zoya's eyes...because one day Asad will do just that.😉

Vash, Sorry. With that church statement, I was misled.😳

And who are you or me or Asad to decide WHAT IS RIGHT FOR DILSHAD? Let her make her mistakes and learn...over and over if needed.😉

I think u still missed my point Soup...I have seen this situation from the POV of all three of them..as I said...I understand Dilshaad and her actions...but I, as a person, identify with Asad more in this case..so I am finding my POV coinciding with his...since it's a POV it cannot be wrong or right...since I am very extreme in my thoughts on love, infidelity and trust...Asad is who I understand more...so does that make me a lesser human being?

Of course not...I cannot identify with all characters at once...I will get an identity crisis..everyone might be right in their place..but i 'choose' to stand with Asad..and that opinion will not change😊..the same way u choose to stand with Rashid and Dilshad...simple...u are not wrong...we just don't agree on this...and never will

Asad will not do that unless he is absolutely convinced of his father's innocence in all the mess...so until Asad chooses to forgive him...I won't either...and if I don't find Asad's reasoning convincing enough for forgiveness...I will bash him too😊

Soup I love you and your post but I still think Rashid should go rot in hell. How can he say he loves both women? Excuse my rainbows-and-unicorns-definition-of-love but is it even possible for a man to be TRULY IN LOVE with two women?!

I don't like Shireen but I feel sorry for her. I hope Dilshad doesn't just up and leave, that would be very disappointing D;

I hope Zoe doesn't call Asad 'selfish', I mean really? They must really want us to channel some hate in Zoya now if they're gonna make her say that. I cannot imagine Zoya saying something like that, it's not in her character IMO.

No prob .
I agree with you finally . Let her choose and let's do what we do best .
Disagree and agree and make a fool of ourselves sometimes
That's what fictional entertainment is about. !!

im sorry in my opinion rashid is and will always be a scumbag. deserves no sympathy for being a coward all these years and never caring for dilshad or his children.
i just hope asad lets dilshad go and just moves on with life. i believe dilshad has the right to do what she wants. its just unfortunate that she out of all people who should have the strongest bond with asad has become so insensitive to his pain bc of her desperation to go back to her two timing husband who is "sorry" and now wants to live with both his wives. True Love for sure. and rashid proves that he will never be a father...he will always be selfish and will never understand the gravity of what he did to his children all those years ago.

but we can agree to disagree.

Shruti,

Extreme...what Zoya tries to break in Asad..it is not a trait she admires in him...she wants him to be more open...he will not like it...will hate her for it...but slowly he has learned to see her POV too...he has SEEN HER SCAR AND HER LOVE FOR HER ABBU..now it still does not help him...A greater scar awaits...rather a FRESH WOUND AWAITS ZOYA...will her handling that teach Asad something?

Dilshad is convinced of Rashid's innocence..Zoya is too...

Asad will be convinced with some truths...the point is there is no excuse for his INFIDELITY...and DILSHAD HAS FORGIVEN THE INEXCUSABLE...so he will have to too...U can hate him and bash him for learning to accommodate and respect anothe POV..but that is all that is going to be there..

QH is not fathomable to peope who have extreme POVs- however right or wrong- like Shireen, Raziya or even Asad...it isfor moderate thinkers like Zoya and Dilshad...and unless Asad COMES DOWN to their level...he will be lost too..😉
