ANKUU <3 Greatt post :) I totally agree wid you :) Adultery and Infedility words doesnt fit for either AsYa or AyRa coz none of the people acceptss the marriage for real :0 n If we see through Islamic ules of Nikah, it is INVALID :) Thats a fact :)

You are right! At face value there is no infidelity nor is their adultery etc.

But the other side of the coin is that Ayaan and Zoya have agreed to carry on a farce of a marriage. The marriage vows may not be real to them, but after signing the Nikanama the marriage is appears real, at least temporarily.

The issue of them meeting and continuing to carry on interactions and romantic exchanges with their respective love interests is that the "appearance" of their so called marriage is compromised by this. If you agreed to pretend to be married, then you have to carry on that pretence of a real marriage too. This includes not getting romantic with your ex.

Please don't get me wrong I don't think it's infidelity. But I think its asking for trouble!! The kind of trouble neither Zoya nor Ayaan needs right now, with people like Haseena swooping down like vultures on anything they can find!!

I agree they do not need trouble, but this meeting is not planned, nor is being close physically planned, that just happens in the flow of the moment. Morally I do not see anything wrong in it when I consider the situations in which this entire drama has happened. I am basically only pointing out that this whole situation cannot be termed infidelity or scrutinized based on morals.

I can't believe we'd have to see this day with QH. I don't understand why this Zoya Ayaan track had to be gotten in this way TBH.

It's pathetic track with very low ethical quotient so whatever comes as an off shoot of it cannot be the apex of ethics...I am just glad I chose to use my remote😆

Absolutely brilliant and spot-on post. Hats off to you.

This MaBurt marriage is not a marriage - A marriage, by definition : the state of being united to a person of the opposite sex as husband or wife in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by law

What is this? A contract to save Nikhat's life. In the definition by Merriam Webster, read it carefully to those who disagree - It says for a marriage to be valid, BOTH should CONSENT to the relationship. Neither Zoya nor Ayaan have consented to this relationship. And if you're going to argue that they said 'Qubool Hai' - please. Words don't define relationships and marriage is not at all valid by that. In that case, you're arguing sensitive issues like rape or harrasment could also be justified because the girl consented due to force and manhandling in some situations. Marriage is by consent when the party is FULLY aware of what;s going on. And furthermore, the definition states 'recongized by law' - The marriage went against so many Islamic nikkah procedures - It is INVALID, EMOTIONALLY, AND PRACTICALLY.

Gul is not showing a marriage. She is showing MaBurt to be a contract. And in such a relation, there IS no adultery! Asad and Zoya can meet all they want to - And so can Ayaan & Humaira. Why? There is no validity, neither emotionally nor practically in this nikkah.

Please people, QH is showing perfect morality. There is no question of adultery here. At ALL. Where is the adultery when you can't even call your marriage a marriage?

And as for Imran, Ankita, I agree with your answer as well.

Brilliant post. 👏 We need this strong dose of reality. Infidelity and adultery do NOT apply to this situation - AsYa are free to meet!

i am with you girl...

In reality AsYa were a real couple and if Zoya had intentionally gotten married to Ayaan, then it would be a real betrayal or 'infidelity in her relationship with Asad'

A paper doesn't make a relationship...real people and emotions do.

The day Zoya and Ayaan decide to honor that paper, then if they still hug Asad/Humeira, that would be infidelity.

^ Yes, I agree that they said "Haan" not even Qubool Hai! Very good point! Thank you! As for your second point Actually, NKapoor3, Gul has done that purposefully. She is trying to show the faults in the daily priests' of Islam in India - This is a social drama, as stated in they synopsis. This nikkah had so many faults - and the Qazi was faulted - precisely due to the fact that Gul is showing that many Islamic Qazis have faults too in their practice. I get what you're saying - but she's done it for a reason. This is a show on social messages - very, powerful ones at that.

Well Said !! Love your post .
Hi -I have always been a silent member of this forum and hardly ever address a topic . maybe twice .Marriage should never be a compromise . Interesting turn of events on the storyline ..Yes . The writers took it to far by questioning religion. The problem here is society .. who all along uses religion to uphold traditions which every one carries out differently ..in order to control . Recently Zoya stood up for women's right and it has continued from there . What we see.. We don't like . Changes has to be made .. Women's voices needs to be heard. Done with the compromises to please others. Women needs to be able to make their own choices in life and still uphold religion religion at the same time .I do hope the writers are heading in this direction only . Destiny ?? .The word that justifies every wrong and makes it right . If it was written a certain way for us. ..We are the only ones who has the power to change it .. Be it for the better or worst .. This is where God and the power of prayer comes in .. To guide us to make every wrong ..right .. It's time to finish loveless marriages !!!. May take a few generations to do so but has to start somewhere. For me I think it started in the right place ..television .. where a mixture of cultures is able to voice their opinions and make it public . So don't quit the show . Keep fighting .. Let your opinions and voices be heard. Help make the change. .

As for hugging male friends - who is saying that is a problem? However meeting an ex-flame / lover while married who you may still be in love with that sure as hell is wrong.

I am sure 90% are adults here but even adulthood has it's many stages but i shall not doubt anyones intelect maybe just POV views are different.
