Being forced is a ridiculous way of looking at it because nobody forced Ayaan to agree to this mess. He made the decision himself - seeing the state of his idiotic and suicidal sister. Instead of getting her help and telling Haseena to jump he made the decision to claim zoya as his wife.
Asad in turn made the decision to hand his fianc over to Ayaan and zoya made the decision not to walk away from the situation. In fact nothing stopped her from walking. She is an American citizen and she could have happily told everyone to Fo and walked but she didn't.
Now that they signed the papers, for whatever reason, it needs to be respected. All characters have acknowledged zoya as ayaans wife - especially asad who used "ayaans biwi" to stop dilshaad from getting zoya back. Zoya herself acknowledged the marriage by yelling at Ayaan for making marriage into a joke. It has been acknowledged. So, until Gul has one of her characters identify the marriage as invalid - all four of them are committing infidelity.
On a separate issue - zoya melting into asads arms after be literally bartered her life for his sister's is disgusting too. Where did progressive and modern zoya go? This sure as hell isn't her and where is the asad who got mad at dilshaad for meeting rashid.
Just a question - I am curious - if imran has married Nikhat and not believed it to be a real wedding or marriage had gone and met another woman he loved, would you call him a cheat? Genuine question.
Every situation is different, and hence every rule for it is different as well. Rashid for whatever reasons had without informing left Dilshad and not looked back for 17 years. But here Asad Zoya and Ayaan have only gotten into this situation forcefully. We've had too many discussions on the right and wrong, so won't even go there BUT All three of them have gotten into this to save a situation which according to them had no escape. Asad took Zoya there only because Ayaan and Zoya had accidentally had a nikaah, he had taken her to bring her back, the situation twisted and they had to take extreme decisions then, same goes for Ayaan. And as for Zoya whether she did or did not run away was her decision at the end of the day, but from day 1 they have only intended to keep up with this decision till the end of Nikhat's ceremony. They regret having to have signed the papers, which were only a formality NOT REAL for them.
You're just going out of the way to stand up for morals here, when that is not even the question. The point is that their love for the others is not hidden from anyone and nor is the fact about how fake this marriage is, hence if they do go meet their respective partners I do not see anything to be questioned in it.
As for Imran, if he would willingly go through EVERY ritual of a marriage and not speak a word through it and then go out to another woman I would call it cheating, but if his marriage happened in situations such as these and was intended to be broken in 7 days like it didn't exist, I wouldn't.
