Kyunki 2: Karan tells Tulsi & Mihir their marriage inspired him but their divorce broke that belief

In today’s episode of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, tensions continue within the Virani family after the emotional events of the previous day. Karan and Nandini sit with Tulsi and Mihir to clarify their decision about their relationship.

They inform the elders that they have decided to live separately, though they are not planning to divorce. According to them, the decision has already been finalised after several disagreements over their future. Nandini plans to remain in India, while Karan intends to move to the United States.

The revelation leaves Tulsi and Mihir deeply disturbed. Tulsi struggles to accept the idea that another relationship in the family is falling apart. She tries to reason with them but realises that both Karan and Nandini appear firm about their choice.

During the conversation, Karan says that he and Nandini once looked up to Tulsi and Mihir as role models. However, he admits that the image of their ideal marriage had shattered after Tulsi and Mihir’s own separation in the past.

Mihir wonders if the couple is only pretending to separate in an attempt to bring him and Tulsi back together. Tulsi immediately dismisses the possibility, saying Samara would never agree to be part of such a plan. Despite their confusion and concern, Tulsi and Mihir agree that they must find a way to handle the situation carefully.

Family members deal with personal dilemmas

Elsewhere in the house, Angad and Vrinda discuss the difficult decision of sending their children to a boarding school. Angad asks Vrinda if they are making the right choice by keeping the children away from home.

Vrinda says that a temporary separation may help the children adjust better, though she becomes emotional while speaking about it. She asks Angad to promise that they will visit the children every week. Unknown to them, Pari overhears their conversation from nearby. Angad later requests her not to share the matter with anyone else.

Meanwhile, Tulsi calls Mihir and shares her wish that Gautam should attend Ritik and Munni’s sangeet ceremony the next day. She hopes that the family can come together despite the ongoing tensions.

Soon, the Virani family gathers for the sangeet celebrations. Music, dancing and cheerful conversations fill the house as everyone tries to enjoy the occasion.

During the event, Mihir admits to Angad and Ritik that he knows he has hurt Tulsi in the past and understands why she still feels upset with him. However, he adds with quiet confidence, “Picture abhi baaki hai.”

Sangeet celebrations bring mixed emotions

Before their stage performance, Munni and Ritik share a quiet moment together. The couple appears nervous yet happy as they prepare for the celebrations.

Karan also joins Nandini and their daughter Samara on the dance floor. Watching her parents dance together brings a brief sense of relief to Samara, who becomes visibly emotional.

Later, however, Nandini reminds Karan that their cheerful behaviour is only for Samara’s sake and that they will eventually go their separate ways.

Meanwhile, Tulsi sends a voice message to Gautam asking him to attend Munni and Ritik’s wedding. She hopes he will return for the occasion. Mihir, however, feels that Gautam is unlikely to come.

Tulsi worries about how she will convince him that the family still cares for him. Mihir responds that it would be unfair to Ritik if the celebrations were overshadowed by unresolved conflicts with Gautam.

During the sangeet performances, Munni and Ritik dance to a romantic song. At the same time, Ajay imagines himself dancing with Pari as he watches the couple on stage.

Later, Mihir invites Tulsi to join him for a dance. She initially refuses, but after repeated encouragement from Samara and other family members, Tulsi finally agrees and steps onto the dance floor with him. The moment briefly softens the tension surrounding the family.
