I wish I could like this over and over again. I was actually getting so annoyed and frustrated with people myself on the forum, that I was about to make a post, but THANK YOU for doing that. So happy you made it. Wonderfully put. Everything you said and 100% agree with you.
Since this track started, yeah I wasn't happy, but I can honestly say that I see where each character is coming from. I understand each and every one of them. I have always been able to see that, maybe because of the type of person I am, but I always see all sides.
As for people bashing Nikhat, it has really upset me at some of the things people have said. I don't think anyone has ever reached that point where she is to try to see things from her point. We don't know what's she's feeling. We don't know what she's going through. We are not her.
I think people expect every character to be perfect here because it's a drama, but that's not the case. LIke you said they are humans, and people do exist like them.
I could sympathize with everyone because as a sibling myself, I can truly understand the choices they are facing.
People have taken this to a whole new level on here though. I have no problem with analyzing, because I do that myself, and I love analyzing characters and why they do the things they do. And I admit I'll put my opinion out there on a character if I'm not liking what's going on or their actions (everyone likes to bash once in a while lol). But my biggest problem is at the amount of bashing that is repetitive, and sometimes taken to an extreme. No one is forcing you to watch the show, if you really have that big of a problem with everything then stop watching/reading updates and let it be. Don't continuously make such a big issue about it.
I never thought I'd be so attached to a t.v show, I really didn't but I am to this. And I let my emotions get to me once in a while, but at the end of the day that's all it is, just a show.

Thanks for this sane post.
I have been crying myself hoarse about no human trafficking, slavery etc etc.

It is just unjust MUquddar ka Khel.

That said, storyline with Ayann with his brother ki dulhan. Does suck, and being a loyal Asya fan and a diehard romantic , it would be tough seeing them do all the wedding rituals , hopefully no SR.

If the next few episodes establish Mona raabert , no Zoyaan I am ok.

My gut. Tells me AYaan will fall for Zoya. And so on and on.

I can tolerate. 3 months of off and on written updates provided they unite Asya soon and show confrontations from their point .

I hope Asya do not say Qubool hai in the last episode, that will be a bummer

I don't know if people realize this, but almost all the posts lately seem to be jackhammering the same old nail. And honestly speaking, it goes beyond beating the dead horse. If you are really that frustrated, do a google image search of "baby animals". It will keep you entertained for hours. But ranting about the same inconsequential things ain't gonna get any of us anywhere.

The "melodramatic" part of the title is so apt for this forum Candy! There is an elitist attitude that is just getting to me. I understand that we have two groups of people: the people who believe in constructive criticism, mockery, satire, and jokes at the expense of other people's art and then we have people who nurture the creative endeavors of others and take Thumper to heart with that whole If you can't say something nice, then don't say something at all. And that's fine. But then we have the swayers too. They sway depending on the situation and these are the ones I have a problem with.

For the record, the ambiance of the forum has reached this melodramatic stage because people won't quit, nor are they willing to be constructive in their criticism/ take a drama at its face value. It's really not about being in the middle, holding hands, and singing Kumbaya. It's about deciding whether you want to really stick around and watch a drama keeping in mind that it is fiction with fictional characters, or simply leave.

Couldn't have put it better myself.

zoyaan had to happen..whether we wanted it or not..
and like you mentioned the couples were indeed established..
what is needed to be seen is ...the extra mile they would undertake...in the present scenario...to confront their emotions.

I don't think people realize what they're making parallels to. As stated above, do some research on the subject and then talk. It really saddens me that it's been taken to this extreme.

I just find the self-contradictory nature of the argument quite ludicrous. I mean, you're preaching about how sensitive this issue is and then a sentence later, you go on displaying your own insensitivity by making invalid comparison between such a morbid topic and frivolous issues like the behavior of characters in a fictional show.

Exactly! I don't wanna get into it, but hey since we're talking about the topic already why not. I usually ignore posts that I don't agree with because I've seen how people can attack on this forum lol. But certain posts the last two days have just taken it to a whole new level. Like you said, don't sit there and preach about the issue and giving all this other crap, and then next second going OTT with your words by saying there's "trading" going on and "slavery/slave" "master" "buyer" and using those words interchangeably with the characters of a FICTIONAL show that don't even relate anywhere near the issue a tiny bit.
I just had to get that out, sorry lol.

@bold: 😆😆 Guilty!

You could say that again, and it still wouldn't seep in. I am going to come and clearly say it (and no, I'm not sorry). The issues that the current track is being compared to are dire and are best left to the people that can discuss them without being insensitive. If not for anything else, then these posts need to stop for the sake of the grave social and historical background associated with such words. It's insensitive, insensitive being an understatement, to use these words/concepts so casually.
