The mahasangam, as the usual maha episodes did not really have anything major happen, but there were a few moments which were amazing and stood out to mention.
Most importantly I thought everyone in the Khan family looked amazingly well dressed and pretty, everyone else did as well, but the Khan family especially. Surbhi's smiles and blushes made for a treat and so did Asad smiling away so much in the episode, it was a pleasant sight to watch both their dimples.
Highlights
1) The first scene when Asad confesses his feelings to himself were beautiful, his thoughts so alike what Asad would say about himself falling in love and I thought it would have been perfect if Zoya would have heard it. I hope one day he can muster the courage to say all that to her, which should not be far away. The character of Asad has developed a lot from the initial days and its amazing to see him opening up so much even to himself 😆 which was not the case earlier.
2) The Sun Zara performance was amazing, it held a lot of meaning if either of them or rather Zoya would put thought over it once 😉 but a little confusion and roothna manana is Qubool, because that is the fun.
3) The scene when Zoya walks down and Asad is mesmerized by her beauty and aura and is smiling, hoping for a beautiful life at finally coming to terms with his own feelings, and how beautiful did Zoya look blushing looking at those admiring glares from him.
4) Asad's scenes with Ritwik were adorable, they sparked good chemistry and it was nice seeing Asad with some men around for a change 😆
5) Ayan and Asad's scenes were adorable as usual, especially Ayan mentioning him coming for Asad's "Muqammal Mohabbat" and then his smiles seeing Asad and Zoya so romantic and close in the dance. PLEASE Ayan do not question why they're marrying now 🤣
6) The hug when Asad rushes to her in concern was beautiful as always. In comparison the concern or worry about the doubt that the attack maybe for Tanveer was pretty curt and shows the difference in thoughts regarding either in Asad's mind..
Misses
1) I thought the other shows stories did not move a bit, their stories were just pushed into it without any movement. Had it been something exciting on their end, we would have enjoyed the whole Maha sangam.
2) The episode was badly edited today, with a lot of bloopers. Tanveer downstairs one minute, just taking a knife and standing by the jhoomar at instances suddenly and so on.
3) The episode did not have much of story apart from Asad's confession which was definitely leaps ahead of what he even manages to confess to himself 😉
4) The fact that the MS was promoted so much in regards to Tanveer being exposed, if nothing much they could have scratched a surface, but looking at the episode it seems we're back to square one with her at least. If nothing they could have shown something in regard to Nikhat since she was present.
5) I hoped they had showed more of Zoya today because her thinking about her own feelings or fears would have been better than panning on Tanveer. But whatever they did show Surbhi looked really pretty and her constant blushing and smiles added to her beauty like everyone else said.
P.S - I do not think we need to go berserk and angry on Asad for his judgement, honestly not being biased to the character BUT I think he is just adding up what he has seen so far, but even in all of this the concern for Zoya and rushing to her as if he was almost going to lose her explains his feelings without the words he was wanting to say. Asad's character as he himself confesses has started thinking from his heart even though he pushes himself not to, so I am sure in the coming day he should manage a confession :) 😉
