Lovely post. I loved how you listed the positive points and the misses.The episode was very disappointing because there wasn't much growth in the story except the growth in Asad's character. For me, the most beautiful part was the song. He was very expressive and was trying to convey what he feels. Even otherwise he was making efforts to talk to Zoya to confess whether it was through writing the letter or asking her why she ran away before he could complete what he had to say.

But I just hope they don't drag the MU bit where he thinks Zoya doesn't want to hear him out and she thinks that he wants to call off the marriage. And Tanveer really needs to leave. She got so much screen space today. Her trying to get Asad's attention by gaining sympathy and all is pretty annoying.

I agree, thank god someone agrees with me. We have always known very well how Asad's character would be, shy from accepting love or rather SCARED to fall in love. But reluctantly and fighting against it too he has managed to fall in love and is now vocal to himself about, has managed to tell his mother too and is trying to confess it to the person he does love. I think we can't ask for more than this at this point. I am glad they're retaining the characters originality.

True, it was a total disappointment. After all the hype that the Zee and 4 Lions had generated, the result was a dud😡. All the spoilers/articles were a waste. The story didn't progress at all.😕 Dilshad had convinced Asad to confess and later made him promise to do that but does he do that? NO. He not only breaks the promise made to his mother but goes ahead and says all rude and mean things to Zoya🤢. Is this how love is expressed? May be in CV's mind🤢🤢. If this wasn't all Asad is questioning Zoya why did she leave?😲😕? Who on earth in their right senses would love to hear mean things showered on them?

Zoya swirls below the chandelier ( anticipating for it to drop!!) and Purvi n Nandini save her. Asad simply hugs her for courtesies sake. He showers extraordinary concern on Tanveer? Pray why?

Asad concludes that someone is after Tanveer!!😆😆😆 How on earth?

THis isnt character growth but character assasination.

Zoya should at least STOP all the meaness directed at her. Please CVs dont humiliate her further, bring back the Zoya who had self respect, who was spunky, brave and funny. Her character has got the most bruising. Destroyed.

As far as Tanveer is concerned I have a feeling that from now onwards she'll be under tight scrutiny...I've no clue when she'll be exposed but I hope its soon bcoz personally I wouldn't want them to drag this track more than needed. And not to forget though she's no less than a chudail but she also acted as a catalyst in AsYa's love story [ the only good thing about her character ]

I am sorry I disagree about a few points. I think for Asad's character, the confession to himself was a big step. He has been lying to himself for a lot of time that he does not want to spend life with Zoya when his heart really wants to. After a lot of fight with himself he has now begun to believe in those feelings and wants to go ahead with them. But he is the same man who has been feared love and bottled emotions for 28 years or whatever his real age is, you can't be expecting him to say it all away in a minute. We as viewers definitely know what he was going to tell her after his little mean confession 😆 so why be so mean to the guy.

Asad has shown to be a very upright and principled man. He promised his mother who infact guided him not to say mean things but what does he do? He insults Zoya and later does not confess anything. Now is that character growth or ruining what was being proclaimed earlier? Is by humiliating one expresses LOVE, in any part of the world? An introverted personality does not imply being rude and suffering from superiority complex. Asad has always held himself on a higher pedestal than ZOya and thats why he does not respect her and trust her. I am not bothered much about confession as much about respect and trust.

In most hindi serials, its become a habit for CVs to show misbehavior by male lead showered on female lead, as LOVE🤢🤢, which is condemnable. Real women have real feelings.

I don't think I see what you do, because I saw extreme concern for Zoya, and sympathy for Tanveer . And also I don't agree when people say that Asad or Zoya do not deserve the other, or one's character is destroyed. A person reacts differently to every situation related to the circumstances. Zoya has and is always going to be a strong righteous girl, she never takes anything from Asad lying down, and nor will she ever. But love changes you, when we want Asad to change in it, there are naturally going to be some changes in her too. Her wanting to be accepted/loved and expect a confession before making etc.

Concern can be towards anyone- Dilshad, NIkhat, Ayaan, and yes Asad does show concern for Zoya but what partners living together or married need is much more than that-Love, care, respect and trust. these two are sadly lacking from Asad's side.

Yeah she has been unknowingly made Asad Zoya more vocal 😆 her tricks fall back on her most of the times. But honestly she hasn;t given much to the story hence its time we see her bid a good bye now.
