Kritika Kamra and Gaurav Kapur turn heads with coordinated looks at wedding reception

Actors and personalities from the entertainment and sports worlds gathered in Mumbai on March 12 for the wedding reception of Kritika Kamra and Gaurav Kapur. The couple, who married a day earlier, made a brief appearance outside the venue where they paused to pose for photographers waiting for a glimpse of the newlyweds.

Holding on to each other closely, Kritika and Gaurav stepped out of the venue and smiled for the cameras. The moment quickly drew attention as the couple took time to acknowledge the photographers before returning to the celebration inside. Their appearance marked the first public glimpse after their intimate wedding ceremony.

The reception saw the presence of several well known names from both industries. Among those attending were Sachin Tendulkar with Anjali Tendulkar, actors Naseeruddin Shah and Ratna Pathak Shah, along with Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar. Cricketer Yuvraj Singh attended with Hazel Keech, while several other friends from the film and television industry were also present.

The couple tied the knot on March 11 in a private ceremony held at their Bandra residence in Mumbai. Instead of hosting a large wedding, they opted for a registered marriage on the terrace of their home, surrounded by family members and a small circle of close friends.

Several well known personalities were part of the ceremony as well. Guests included Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi, along with Soha Ali Khan and Malaika Arora. Former cricketers such as Zaheer Khan, Ajit Agarkar and Ashish Nehra were also seen at the wedding celebrations.

Soon after the ceremony, the couple shared a joint message about their decision to keep the wedding intimate. “We’ve always believed that the most meaningful moments in life are the ones shared with the people you love. As we begin this new chapter together, we’re so grateful to celebrate our wedding surrounded by our families and closest friends at home, in Mumbai.”

On the professional front, Kritika has worked across television, films and streaming platforms with projects such as Mitron, Bheed and the series Hush Hush. Gaurav, meanwhile, is known as a sports presenter and host who has been associated with cricket programming for several years.
