Actually no hinduism does not have a dress code. My family is hindu and I have never had a dress code or anything about covering head. My mother has never covered her head either. And actually I looked it up as well. Hinduism has no dress code...dress however you like. Its culture that forces you to do things you wish not to.

Also, I have one observation. I don't know much about the religion but I had few Muslim colleagues(Guys) who used to wear Pant to work with the seam not touching their shoes. As in they would fold the pant couple of inch above the ankle. Does this have some religious explanation?
