I didn't feel as bad yesterday after seeing today's episode. Arpita's mom's logic is twisted but in her state maybe right.

Actually I didn't feel bad about Yash's dad, no one agreed not even him. He was pleasing all in the end he said there are no issues that talk can resolve, to state that this matter is not done yet. Kind of right attitude, looking at situation girl and boy not ready, Arpita's still wounded parents, two marriage, It is better to come to issue later.
Gayatri even didn't come as bad, atleast she could see pain in her son's eyes, dad was bit more remote here. He just want issue resolved.
Loved that atleast Aarti and Shobha stood, till the end Shobha tried. No wonder where Aarti got strength to move on when her spineless husband left her pregnant.
Best part, brothers reunion. It was nice to see that. Pankaj's comment atleast made some impact and he will atleast try to see Aarti;s dilemma. Pratik is too cute, he just makes things around him so light. Love when he is on screen, I know I will have smile in few seconds:)
Vidhi bhabhi is experienced and her words does have impact.
In all very good episode, things moved ahead. Can't wait for tomorrow๐Ÿ˜› I like how they always leave us all waiting for next day, sometimes with excitement sometimes with anxiety. Hope they talk tomorrow atleast something..
Its hard to imagine, how guy like Yash ke charitra ka haran kar diya CVs ne Aarti ke samne๐Ÿ˜› Bad luck and bad timing all applies, poor guy

Why are these people so desperate to change Aartis' name to Arpita's...if they are so hellbent on doing so, I wonder why they even want Yash to get married again.
I feel that by changing Aarti's name, Yash will constantly be reminded of Arpita and will never be able to start life afresh.
I wonder what kind of tradition this is actually ???? Changing second wife's name into first wife's name ...very confusing for me.
Arpita will always be a part of Yash's life and now also Aarti's, but I am totally against this name changing topic, coz Aarti has her own identity and every right to keep it that way...But today Mr. Scindia clearly showed what kind of selfish person he can be...I wonder if he ever considered how his son will feel abt this...
These Scindia's have lost it completely...๐Ÿ˜ก doing Aarti a favour by giving her and her son a name ๐Ÿ˜ก ๐Ÿ˜ก ๐Ÿ˜ก...that's the biggest crap I've ever heard. And what about Aarti ???? Isn't she doing them also a favour by accepting Yash & his 2 kids, who by the way need a mother ??? What abt that ??? Doesn't that count for anything ???
They make it seem like Aarti was jumping out of joy to get married to Yash ๐Ÿ˜ก.
And honestly Arpita's mom is working on my nerves...if she doesn't want her daughter to be forgotten...then maybe it's better they just cancel this marriage and let Yash remain like that and stay alone with his kids...I think this decision would work just fine with both Yash & Aarti, coz none of them is too happy & jumpy abt this marriage...In this way Arpita will never be forgotten...and everbody's problem will be solved...
Gosh this entire scenario today makes me wonder what kind of life Aarti will have after marriage in this house with this family...they will just use her as a doormat...๐Ÿ˜ก ๐Ÿ˜ก

Excellent analyses all๐Ÿ‘ The episode was such an emotionally charged roller-coaster. Today everyone came across true to their character...yes, even Aarti. I loved the brother-bonding scene; the bhaiya in Pankaj came out today, so did the chotey in Prateek, and at the end their friendship despite the role-play displayed awhile go. I am loving this show's writer and director.

Yash & Aarti

A union is between two individuals when they mutually decide to be united. However, in the case of Yash/Aarti, the right to decide was never really given to them. Right from the beginning both were cornered and put into pressure to decide what their respective families wanted. They had lived a painful recent past, and hearts of both were too vulnerable to take a stand for what they really wanted. They had both lost the persons they loved the most, and wanted to really be with the memories. But they had to bow down to their family's wishes when the children were projected as the reason. And then fate and a she-devil called Mansi ensured that they didn't interact before marriage (not that they were too inclined), and so the families continued to decide and they just rode along. Today was no different. They wanted to take a stand, but their wishes were shot down again. Through the entire journey so far, Arti and Yash could not take decisions on their own. Each time there was some emotional duress that propelled them to concur.

My point is circumstances so far were such that they always had their back to each other. After marriage, for the first time they will face each other without any exterior forces acting over. That will be the time when they will really get the emotional freedom to decide how they want to go forward as man and woman and as individuals whose union was decided upon by all but themselves.

I am so curious to know that when they have their first real talk, what will it be about. And I'm not referring to short banters here.

So, that's it. Dunno whether I made any sense, but this was playing on my mind, and Arpita's mother's emotional atyachar and Bully Scindia's bull reasonings to Shobha cemented the thought.

OMG just watched the epi .. I just absolutely ADORED the brother-bonding .. <3 Hayee Pratik is so cute when he tries to massage Yash's muscles ๐Ÿ˜† and Yash instantly knows he wants something ๐Ÿคฃ

Love that Pankaj told Yash something as a big bro for the first time.. Yash really needed that advice! And he finally broke through to him by showing him the other side of the coin -- Aarti. I mean he is completely right.. if Aarti is trying to adjust then so should Yash =) I know these things take time but someone has to give the first push right?

Also, I love how Pratik is lovingly called "Chote" (lol sorry I love him! ๐Ÿ˜›)

Their hug at the end was aww cute!

And LOLLL the person who told Pari (what;s his name again!?!?) HAHAH ... I wondered how they found out! And his "hello?" when she cut the phone --- hilarious! xD

Pari looks so cute in curls and Aarti looks so pretty in that pink/green gaghra choli ... they both look gorgeous.. I'm just loving the choice of clothing .. kudos to whoever picks out their outfits! Anyways. . it'll be really fun to see what happens.. as clearly Aarti is not amused by seeing Yash dance with the Ooh La La Ooh La La girl .. (he's looking SA-MOKIN HOT though! And Pratik is looking handsome in black/white as well <3)

@Indu: This made a lot of sense - and I completely agree with you, especially about the fact that Yash and Aarti have never been entirely free to make decisions about anything related to this marriage...The pressures from both sides of the family have been lingering in their minds...
@bold: Clap I feel the same way about this...Whenever Yash and Aarti finally do truly talk to each other, it will be a day worth remembering!

@Borna: Thanks Borna.
You know, ever since their personal losses Yash/Aarti have conditioned themselves to bowing to and realigning themselves to their loved ones' wishes and needs, and that includes the kids too. We have seen Yash board the time machine and go back to Arpita's world the moment he is alone. We have seen Aarti more or less do the same. Both detaching themselves from the present. Is it because they still find their personal happiness in that past? And no one in the present frame work, again the kids included, really fulfills that emotional vaccum? And now yin will join the yang, and the real healing time will begin. They may not acknowledge it to themselves, but they are already in a silent relationship of sorts. We have seen them react to each others' silences, as only a companion can.
