IT WOULDN'T HAVEE...SEE...The first priority that a King has is to his Kingdom...Which,after marrying Sanyo,PRC had started dismissing...SO,THIS could have resulted in feelings of animosity towards PRC(COULD BE) & Sanyo(could be too)...Otherwise,IF he had attended to the State affairs like always, his Kingdom would not have bothered at alll...It all just stems.from PRC not attending to Ajmer properly....THIS is what (IF IT WAS SOO) would have resultted in hostility of PRC'S Kingdom towards him...AGAIN...WE ARE JUST SPECULATING šŸ˜†

not neceserilly

the people of ajmer may have heard other states speaking bad about their king, they would have probably gone two ways either they would get annoyed with the ohter people or feel a bit ashamed of their king.

arre yaar we are not speculating we are just discussing and sharing our views.

This topic has made me think of points that would never have crossed my mind before

well i think what prithvi has done is absolutely right it has gave more enemies to prithvi what is new in that every raja has enemies the point is that prithvi should have not neglected his kingly duties for sanyo

now the question arise why i think that prithvi has done right in taking sanyo away is first their love is truth
second if we join two hands then only we can clap it is not prithvis plan alone to rode her off but sanyo must have requested him for help

third every girl has got the right to choose their life partner and nobody can force sanyo in that part his father jaichand is wrong in forcing her to marry the person whom she dont love

take an example if we have done a small work with our heart and love that beauty is naturally seen on that thing
but if we dont feel like doing something and we are forced to do then we cant give our heart to that work and as a result everything will spoil thats why love enthusiasm passion care interest trust these things are not visible but these things are there in this world and that is really very important in life
otherwise the person becomes as only body without liveliness

hhhmm highly debatable topic.. it's not always gud to go against ur parents wishes. sanyogita n prithvi luved each other n they wanted to marry to they took this step. it's completely justified. it was not sanyogita-prithvi marriage that weakened both the kingdoms. it was the jealously and stupidity of jaichand which ultimately proved fateful for prithvi. a father who loves his daughter, just bec. he hated prithvi, didn't like the idea of their marriage! he didn't help prithvi when ghori attacked ajmer.. bec. he hated prithvi. so it's not prithvi and sanyogita's fault. when jaichand knew sanyogita loved prithvi why did he held the swayamvar in the first place? then when they got married he kept scheming against him and attacked ajmer twice!

arre why blame their love? love is above everything .

just the word "elopment" is not right or wrong. u have to see the ppl., circumstances and time n then judge it accordingly. (just like the word EMA) ..... nobody will say it's right if it was against sanyogita's wish. if sanyogita had married someone else against her wishes , spoil her life wud tht be noble? just to satisfy jaichand's ego, she shud have agreed to marry someone else? it's true tht the animosity b/w prithvi and jaichand lead to weakening of both their kingdoms but if tht ego, arrogance, jealously factor was not present then may be the history of india wud have been somewhat different. if jaichand and prithvi had reconciled then it was not difficult to defeat ghori. poor prithvi, he want for the battle all alone.

my belief is prithvi n sanyogita had set an example. just like shri krishna and rukmani did. krishnaji said at tht time tht i'm doing this bec. i want the world to know tht girls must have a complete freedom to decide who they want to marry . and we must not take away this right from them.
