Anupamaa: Anupama takes over household duties at the Shah house

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Ansh and Prarthana open up to Anupama about their relationship. Ansh and Prarthana seek reassurance from Anupama, asking if they made a mistake in their decisions. Anupama gently clarifies that while they haven't done anything wrong, the path ahead will not be smooth. She shares her concern that once they have a child of their own, managing both their responsibilities and Gautam's well-being could become challenging. She advises them to think things through before taking any further steps, cautioning that the balance between caring for their future baby and Gautam might be hard to maintain.

Drawing from her own experience, Anupama reflects that even though she has always treated her children with equal love and care, they still accuse her of favouritism. She warns Ansh and Prarthana that they, too, might face similar blame and misunderstandings in the future.

After hearing Ansh and Prarthana's truth, Anupama turns to Prarthana and gently explains that during such a delicate phase, it's the woman who needs the most emotional support and companionship. She encourages Prarthana to take a moment and truly reflect on her feelings. Anupama raises the possibility that maybe Prarthana is confusing Ansh's care and concern for love—perhaps what she's really looking for is emotional safety, and that's making her believe she loves him.

She then speaks to Ansh, urging him to think things through as well. Anupama admits that her words might seem harsh, but she reminds them that sometimes parents have to say bitter things for the well-being of their children. That's the reason she's being so honest. She advises both of them to take time, think carefully, and once they arrive at a decision, to stay firm on it and carry it forward with conviction.

Ansh then bows before Anupama to take her blessings. He assures her that he has learned how to love and accept others by watching her. He promises that just as she accepted Rahi, Mahi, and him without any conditions, he too will accept Prarthana's child as his own. Ansh tells her that the way Anuj never let her past affect their relationship, he too will never allow Prarthana's past to create distance between them. He makes a heartfelt promise to Anupama that he will uphold that commitment.

Prarthana also expresses her gratitude and says she will always remember the values Anupama has taught her. She promises to follow her guidance sincerely. With love and warmth, both Ansh and Prarthana seek Anupama's blessings. She blesses them wholeheartedly and embraces them with affection.

Anupama also questions them about keeping the Shah family, especially Hasmuk and Leela, in the dark. Just then, Hasmuk overhears the conversation and expresses his support for the young couple. He advises Ansh not to break the news to Leela until the guests leave, assuring him that he's ready to shoulder the blame if things escalate.

Back in the kitchen, Anupama gets busy preparing tea. Paritosh gives Sarita, Rita, Dipa, Anita, and Preet a tour of the room. When Preet demands tea, Paritosh mentally reminds himself to tolerate the 'dance queens' for the sake of money. As Anupama cleans the untidy kitchen while brewing tea, Leela notices her efforts.

Anupama asks Hasmuk to take his medicine before having tea. To her surprise, he confesses that he's been without his medication for five days. When she asks why he hadn't spoken up, he admits feeling embarrassed about asking Ansh for help. Without delay, Anupama tells Pakhi to fetch Hasmuk's medicine, but Pakhi bluntly refuses. However, Anupama stands her ground and insists firmly.

Later, Sarita, Rita, Anita, and Dipa join Anupama in tidying up the Shah home. Leela, observing the activity, remarks that women are the heart of a household—and hints that Anupama seems to be reclaiming her role in restoring order. When Sarita and Dipa sit on Leela's swing, she becomes furious and demands they get off. Dipa wonders aloud how Anupama manages to live with Leela, and Sarita whispers that Leela is quite shrewd. Leela, annoyed by their murmuring, reprimands them.

Anupama and Preet then leave for the competition venue. There, they unexpectedly run into Rahi, Prem, and Pari.
