She saw him snooping in the throw away luggage. She always catches him up to no good like she did with the house papers he got Shamu to sign over to her.

Chinkiya is too short to reach into the box.

It's apparently in the house based on his muttering today, so most likely Arusia finds it. Shamu and Dadi can't. Unless Komal goes snooping into Arusia's room the chances of her finding the phone is zilch.

Unless...

Prats follows the cheese and gets to house before the Saxes...hopefully with a warrant or she may be charged with planting evidence.
