She might have decided to quit as from this video we can get that she isn't denying that she was depressed in real life as her character Shireen was depressed in the show, also she didn't deny that she had a fight with her co-actor. It seems she had decided to quit and even the PH was annoyed with her but now when the news of her quitting made enough news, PH, channel and the actress would have resolved the difference and brought out this video interview.

Sujata, TC IVs are all fictional, they believe the had interview.

I am glad she is there, Shireen, for an actor is awesome character to inact, with so many complex layes. She is childlike but bitch, inncocent but scheming, pure but so much venom, she is more real than Dillu.. Shabnam is awesome actress as she brought all these emotions alive in her, I want to hate Shireen but she makes me feel for her too..
