Has anyone seen Dhruv in the Hope medical institute comercial....? He looks really cute in it...i think its preety old cause he looks really young and fit...just thought i would share with you...it is normally aired in U.S and UK😃

I have seen it. Yeah he does look really young in it.

Dhruv is no longer young and fit?!? 😕 😆 Well, its never been aired here in SA 😭 Guess that's cos we don't have a Hope medical Institute...😆

he is young but little healthy that's why doesn't look young
