There were only two possible answers to her question? Either Shiv is Alok-Ira's son or he is not. In either cases, what difference would it have made to her or anyone?

She too could have brushed off the matter. Digging the incident wasn't to get her anything either. But not digging the matter could have saved a storm.

I personally don't find any sanity in Anandi's act. She is indirectly responsible for this mess. She brought Sarla, Alok and Meenu in panic, that they were forced to cover up and that the storm was forcefully brought out.

And that is why I am questioning Anandi's ability to think of consequences, not the act itself.

you only panic when you do something wrong. if Salra, Meenu and Alok were so confident that what they did was for the best of everyone, there was no need to panic and do nonsense coverups.

but right from the start they knew it isnt right, and when u build a heap of lies and manipulaitons to cover one lie, the truth comes out many folds stronger.

How sadistic is that ?

She did not pester Shiv to join her in her investigation, nor did she speak anything on her own to him, specially not after their Sarla convo. she sensed Shiv doesnt want to go ahead with this and she left it. hence her convo with CM also was not told to Shiv.

it was Shiv you questioned her after his convo with the hospital guy. why did Shiv had to do it? he could have also brushed it off right, thinking that if anandi doesnt want to tell then let it be. why did he believe more on the hospital guy and question anandi??? Curiosity, that led to his Qs...

and it is the same curiosity that led to anandi's quest.

anandi never had tried to seperate Shiv from his family. She could have easily done it during the Sanchi drama. so this statement is really out of place.

Yes - he asked what's eating you up - and so she very honestly told him - your birth records are bothering me. How sweet and caring of her.

no she first did cover up giving Ganga's pregnancy reason. only when Shiv questioned her faith in him and that they always share everything, did she speak up.

and why Shiv had to listen to that hospital guy and question anandi in the first place?

and about Gatte ki sabzi and halwa...that is just a way to bring him out of his worries for few mins atleast. that is what happens in every family.

when you are upset, dont ur parents or spouse try to cheer you up, ask you to have food...or they just leave you to starve with your miseries in tow?

well said

this is what i failed to understand-

and in normal life when u r husband/any loved one is worried- what will you do? Sit in front of him 24x7 hours with a worried crying face-so that u can add more fuel to his/her misery and make him/her more and more worried.

nobody will do that- we will find something to cheer them up. will divert the attention to something better.

And abt food- food is needed to get some energy - energy is needed to think and worry also- neglecting or skipping food when there is a tension is not at all a good idea. u need some energy to tackle u r tensions or problems. so better give u r hubby some food and then allow them to cry or search solutions- it is always better not to end up in a hospital for a glucose drip-
