That's the problem with the show ... the problem it has always had from the start ... poor writing 😕 Great concepts ... not translated well on screen, they get lost in the execution. A girl going back to work after marriage and handling both house and work is one of my pet themes, it has never been shown properly on Indian telly to my knowledge, except for one great attempt in Astitva, where she was already working and continued after marriage ... I was hoping for a good track in Chhanchhan, but now with the show ending so soon, I'm not expecting anything much at all.
As for medical facts, they are NEVER shown accurately on tv ... how can a doctor diagnose heart attack without an ECG?! They did so well by showing CC taking Umaben to the hospital the first time around, but this time the doc came home ... why?!
Oh well, no point ranting now ...
I wish they had taken the Kaumudi transformation even more slowly and shown her develop some self-respect as well, and not just good grooming ... don't know whether it was because the show is ending that they wrapped this so quickly, or they always meant to go this route ...
I can't figure out the Manav CC job thing either ... is this track to get the brothers together? Confused!!! 😕
