Scene#1
Sharon raised her gun and yelled "FREEZE!" her heart pounded erratically in her chest and she felt blood rushing to her ears. He stopped at a small distance from her with his back facing her and she felt her hold on the gun loosening as her palms were getting sweaty. Where had life brought them? She was pointing a gun at him! Some part of her told her to not do this, that there had to be some kind of mistake but the logical part took over and she felt betrayed which ignited a little but of anger in her too and without further paying a heed to the warning signals coming from her heart she said in controlled voice "Raise ur arms and turn around slowly….don't do anything stupid or else you will regret it!"
He slowly turned around and faced her. He could see him standing behind her, using her as a shield and with a laptop in his hands which was open and a timer was on twenty minutes were left. Darn! They didn't have much time left he needed to make a move and soon. He could see it in her eyes she didn't want to do any of this. She wanted to believe him but as always she was letting her anger guide her. Stupid lady! She had this problem since childhood. He took a deep breath and looked behind her. There he was standing and he couldn't help but feel time slipping from his hands. He missed his gun in his hands right now but it wouldn't have been of any help either. He would never shoot her, ever. He needed to convince her so he said "Siren, plz trust…."
She cut him in between as she yelled "Shut-up! Don't call me that swayam" he closed his lips in a tight line and she felt herself melting under his intense gaze. He was silently begging her through his eyes to believe him and she hated herself for reading his eyes like always. She wanted to believe him, she had known him all her life but she had a duty to perform so could she risk her responsibility for the sake of her feelings…..
Scene # 2
When they were Five years old……
A five year old boy came inside the house while licking ice-cream. He licked it one more time and closed his eyes enjoying as the delicious flavor melted in his mouth while a girl also of five years yelled from behind him "Swayuuu…..it waz mine" he turned around annoyed and made a face before licking the ice-cream again and then said "Go away Siren….aunty let me have it" the girl's face seemed to have turned red in anger as she said "Give it back….it is mine…and my name is Sharon not Siren" swayam chuckled and said "but tum sara din siren ki tarha bajti rehti ho" then he made a siren like voice and moved around her in circles while she pounced on him and tried snatching the ice-cream from his hands. He shoved her back and she fell down ruining her beloved frock as the ice-cream had fallen on it. Swayam started to laugh while looking at the stick with now remains of half of the ice-cream in his hands while her eyes filled with moisture and next second she kicked him making him fall flat on his face. Now his eyes filled with tears and without wasting a second he smacked her with his tiny fist which made her cry out loud and so on…….
When they were Twelve years old…..
Swayam's parents were Sharon's parent's best friends since school days and also had joint business so both of them had to spend quiet a lot of time with each other which they hated. Sekhawat's had been invited for dinner at Riaprakash residence and as swayam was making his way downstairs after eating the whole jar of cookies which were Sharon's favorite he saw her turning her room upside down. He stopped by the door and said "wassup siren?" she jumped two feet in air and he burst into fists of laughter. This never gets old; she would always be surprised whenever he would sneak up on her and yell her pet name like that. She turned around glaring at him and yelled "YOU WOULD NEVER STOP DOING THAT AND DON'T CALL ME SIREN" she was back to her searching when he stopped laughing and said "so what r u lookin' for?" she replied annoyed "my assignment which is due tomorrow" Sharon and swayam both went to the same school and were in same class so he knew which assignment she was talking about. She looked at him and asked "have u done urs?" he replied "yup" popping the 'p' in the end and she asked him to help her but he refused which made her mad and she slammed the door on his face and he went downstairs holding her assignment in his hands saying "yup Sharon I have done my assignment"
Everyone placed their assignment on the table as the teacher scolded Sharon for not doing her work but gave her a chance since she was a bright student of the class. She saw swayam smirking at her and she gave him her death glare while he mumbled a sorry to her while everything dawned on her and she mumbled all the curses she knew at that time to him.
After doing all of her homework Sharon opened the book to do the assignment three times again. She groaned and cursed swayam again while the door to her room opened and swayam came inside. Sharon saw him and threw her book at him which he barely dodged and threw back the assignment which he had done three times for her at her. It hit her on her arm and she grabbed it. She looked at it and grinned then said "you did it for me?" he nodded and she jumped on him pulling him in a hug. He smiled too and she kissed him on his cheek making him go red and stiff while she said "wait here, I will bring cookies for us" his mind screamed "uh-oh" and he ran out of the room downstairs to his parents.
When they were 20…..
Sharon mumbled "argh this is such a boring party" while swayam replied "yeah and u had to drag me along here…." Sharon glared at him and said while snatching his drink from his hands "It is thrown for you since u r going to live in another city now" her face grew sad while his heart skipped a beat as he replied "why? R u sad?" she replied quickly making a face "huh! Why would I be sad? Instead I am happy finally I will get rid of you" he simply smiled in return while she continued "but…I will miss you" he pulled her in a hug and said "awww siren don't worry I will bug u all the time with calls, texts and emails plus dad will have loads of meeting here in this office I will tag along with him to hear you curse me" she smiled relaxing a bit in his arms while his hands which were resting on her back traveled down her waist line and he rested them on her hips while she pushed him back saying "gosh swayam I have no idea when u became such a pervert" he replied "would u believe me if I would say u turned me into one?" she glared at him while he grabbed her hand and took her to the dance floor"
When they are 26…….
Sharon has turned out to be one of the best officers and same was with swayam. Both of them were strong, intelligent and always had a plan up their sleeve. Both were in different office of the same intelligence department. Their relationship had not changed though neither of them would admit but they were each other's closest friends. Despite of being in different cities for six years and meeting occasionally they were still each other's emergency contact number and if anything would happen be it happy or sad the other was the first one to hear it. They didn't sleep the night when next day they would be meeting due to excitement.
Now swayam was being transferred to her office and they were gonna work on their first case together. She turned sides trying to sleep but sleep just seemed to have long gone from her system. She picked up her mobile as it buzzed and a smile crept upon her face as she read that the text was from swayam "Can't wait to meet you" they were meeting after eight months and she just couldn't wait for night to end and morning to come. She texted back "Liar" he texted back quickly "lying is good for health"
SH: so you were lying :/
SW: I never said that :P
SH: but it sounded like that
SW: Maybe to you….
SH: Miss you
SW: ahhh I don't….got some beautiful company here ;)
SH: ewww…..then go and enjoy ur company

Five minutes later her phone rang and she picked it up saying "why did u call?" he replied "you were not replying…how was I supposed to go to sleep?" she shot back "you had company remember!" he replied "gosh Sharon why so grumpy?" she sighed and replied "sorry dunno" he said "hey how many times have I told you to never say sorry" she smiled and replied "SORRRYYY" he groaned and said "fine bye" Sharon "wait wait" swayam "what?" Sharon "I am not feeling sleepy?" swayam "I would have entertained you if I would have been there…but we can't do anything on the phone" Sharon turned red and replied "swayam!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am gonna stop talking to you if you r gonna be ur pervert self" swayam "but I thought u love my perverted side" Sharon "no I don't love ur pervert side! Why would I?" swayam chuckled and asked "okay then which side of me do u love?" Sharon "u don't have any likeable side period" swayam "Lair!" Sharon "no" swayam "yes" and so on the night went 'very' peacefully.
Scene # 3
Kria gave Sharon her cup of coffee while Sharon went through a file and said "so ur friend swayam would be joining from today" Sharon smiled at her and said "yeah…u will get along with him really well…he is just like you out going, friendly and smart and…" kriya cut her in between and said "woah is this the same Sharon I know?" Sharon eyed her and asked "why?" kriya "u never talk about boys…definitely not their good traits and here you r going on and on" Sharon replied "yeah right…so what happened to the Khan case?" kriya asked "is he handsome?" Sharon "kriya go away" kriya "OMG are you blushing?" Sharon quickly touched her face and said defensively "no…why would I blush?" kriya replied leaning against the back of the chair "hah now I have to meet this Swayam sekhawat ….if his name is making you blush wonder what his presence would do…hmmm" Sharon replied now turning red "I hate him okay….he is just a frenemy….and I am not blushing" kriya just smirked at her and Sharon stood up annoyed saying "I have work to do"
As Sharon picked up her file to go an old lady with tough features entered with swayam tailing behind her. She introduced swayam to Sharon and kriya and then left saying that he will be working with Sharon on the new case. As soon as she went Sharon jumped on him as she had been doing since childhood. To her it was a simple meeting gesture but she had no idea what it looked to outsiders and how it played with strings of his heart. He held her small frame against him tightly as he hugged her saying "missed you siren" Sharon kissed him on his cheek saying "missed you too…sry about last night I didn't mean to hang up on you" he sighed in response and said "siren plz don't say sorry to me ever" someone coughed to bring them back to earth and swayam set her on her feet again while she looked at very amused Kriya. Swayam's hand was still resting around sharon's waist and kriya noticed it. So did swayam and Sharon. Sharon tried stepping away but swayam pulled her even more close and said "Hi I am swayam sekhawat" kriya shook hands with him and said "I am kriya Ghai..nice to meet you" Sharon said glaring at swayam to let her go "yeah she is my friend" swayam tightened his hold on her while kriya said "yeah I have heard a lot about you from sharon" swayam raised a brow as he asked "oh I see….it couldn't be nice" kriya replied "Oh you would be surprised" swayam eyed Sharon who was glaring him and kriya in turns and said "so what does she say about me?" kriya opened her mouth to tell him but Sharon went and placed her hands around kriya's mouth and said "swayam your cabin is the last one go" swayam replied "let her go…u can't boss me here" Sharon "get out" swayam "no I won't" Sharon "yes u will" swayam "who will make me?" Sharon "fine then I will leave…I don't wanna stand in the same room as you" with this she stormed outside but came back after a second grabbed kriya's hand and dragged her along her who kept asking her "Siren? Last night? Kiss on the cheek?" she almost bumped into Rohan who worked with her here but stopped at the last moment. Rohan and Sharon talked for few minutes and swayam remembered him from a few cases and during his training. They were not friends but he remembered Sharon mentioning his name sometimes as her friend. Rohan placed his hand briefly on sharon's shoulder which swayam didn't like and then both of them went their ways while swayam watched Sharon storm to her cabin smiling. He was gonna love working with her.
Scene #4
Kriya knocked on the door and then came inside to find swayam and Sharon in exact same position as she had left them earlier. Both of them were engrossed in a file they were reading earlier. She said "guys everyone went home….u are gonna be here for a while?" they both nodded and then she said "okay...I looked up the Guy Ted Black you asked me to and found something" swayam nodded and said "okay go on" kriya said while opening up her laptop and showing them his picture then she said after typing a few things "he owns a club, a very famous one but he has been involved with many controversies all his life. His club is a regular drug dealing place and two weeks ago these people she opened a video and showed them a few faces and continued "these people are known gang bangers however not involved in bigger crimes usual mugging people and sometimes stealing from stores….however I located the video from the security camera of his club. Someone did a fine job of editing. There is no proof of these four people entering or leaving the club however the camera in the parking area shows them parking and then going inside the club. Looks like someone forgot to edit that. Anyways the next day after the alms were smuggled across the country these people mysteriously disappeared. No one knows if they r dead or alive they just went off the radar. I have managed to take a look in their bank accounts they all received a huge amount of money the night the alms were across the country." Then Kriya typed in some more things and pulled up another video "this is a video of a street camera it shows a truck being driven towards the outskirts of the town next to our city and u can't see properly but if u zoom a bit then this man here he is one of those gang bangers."
Swayam said "wao u really r good" Sharon nodded and said "yep…we got the best computer girl here" kriya smiled and thanked them in return while swayam said "okay so it seems that these guys were paid money to smuggle these alms across the country but why would they go to meet ted a night before smuggling and why would they edit out the video" Sharon said "how is he involved in all of this….he also flew across country while all of this was happening and is returning tomorrow because of a big business party" Kriya suddenly said "hey wait I found something…" she pulled up a picture and sharon said while pointing towards an old man "this guy he was released from prison earlier this year and was in under the act of smuggling…but why is he in Ted's club?" kriya said "he met Ted two days before those guys came to his club" swayam said "okay so he struck a deal with Ted to smuggle alms across the country and from then onwards he would deal with it" Sharon "yeah he wants to lay low….Ted hired those men…paid them money and they did the dirty work for him" kriya said "yeah seems like this" then she stood up and said "ookay I will be going home now….ummm Sharon u coming? I was supposed to drive u home" swayam replied for her "I will drop her home" kriya shrugged and left.
Swayam said "okay so we need Ted to confess as there is no proof against him and in order to do that we need to find those four men" Sharon nodded and said "yeah but there has been no sign of them since the smuggling" swayam said "but Ted must know where they r" Sharon replied "he might or might not" swayam said "well gotta try…it's the only lead we got…" sharon nodded and said "violence won't make him confess and it will raise suspicions those men might go even more under cover if they would out they we r looking for them" swayam nodded and said "okay then Ted is coming to a party tomorrow right" Sharon nodded and swayam continued "okay then I will go and meet him….I will ask him to do something for me too and he might contact those men again" Sharon nodded and said "yeah we could have an eye on Ted and at one point or other he might try to contact them a phone call money transfer anything…." Swayam nodded and said "yes…and if we catch those men then we will make them confess that Ted was involved……but how about dinner right now…I am famished"
Scene # 5
Sharon came out of the bathroom while tying her hair in a pony tail. Her eyes seemed sad and she seemed lost. She sat on her bed with her back facing her bedroom door. The next second she grabbed a vase and stood up throwing it in the direction of the door which was now held open by a man who managed to dodge it in right time. he stood up dodging another vase coming his way and said "siren stop it's me" she was holding a sharp edged decoration piece in her hand and she immediately stopped in her tacks with her hand still raised. She slowly lowered her arm as swayam stood up and said "you killed him?" he replied while nodding in disagreement "No, I didn't" she cut him and yelled "get out right now….why are you here?" swayam replied while taking a slow step towards her "listen to me…I didn't kill Ted or Mark West…I need ur help" she replied while throwing the decoration piece towards him "get away from me..don't come near…why would I help you" he really didn't had much time. How long before they found him here. He needed her to listen to him. He took another step towards her and she dashed towards her phone which was resting on her bed. He ran behind her and caught her mid air. His hand formed steel like grip around her waist as he held her against his chest begging her to listen to him.
She hit him in his stomach with her elbow and once again made her way towards her phone while he grabbed his stomach in pain but only for a second before reaching out and grabbing her wrist and pulling her towards him. she raised her leg to kick him but he smacked it away with his free hand and she pulled him towards her, grabbing his hand which was holding her wrist and as he came towards her she kicked him again and he ended up flat on his belly on the bed while she grabbed her phone and quickly dialed a number. He stood up from the bed and yelled "I have had enough Sharon" she ran towards the door while he jumped off of the bed on her and they both fell on the floor. Sharon was trapped under him but the phone finally connected and before she could answer it swayam took it from her hands and broke it in half while she stared at him aghast. He grabbed her arm as she once again assaulted him and said "listen to me Sharon…I am being framed!" but she paid no heed and struggled to get out of his grip. She was not listening and he was running out of patience. He grabbed the handcuffs placed on her dressing table and handcuffed her with him. he had been practicing for so long it took less than a minute to do it and before Sharon had time to react he grabbed her other arm which was free and pulled it behind her back making her slam into him and then he threw both of them on the bed.
Their hands which were handcuffed together were entwined together and he was using that hand to hold up his torso to prevent her from crushing underneath while her under hand was still held firmly by him behind her back and was now trapped under her. He had also straddled her legs eliminating their use and both of them caught their breath glaring at each other while their bodies touching in more than one dangerous place teased their senses. He finally caught his breath and said "I didn't kill them" Sharon spat back "I saw you kill him….we have video swayam…solid proof" swayam replied back "what? what video?" she looked at her laptop which was lying on the bed at a small distance from her and said open it. swayam moved up and clicked so that the screen came to life and then played the video
Swayam had the gun pointed at Mark West and he barked "step back or else I will shoot you…." He didn't step back and just then a gunshot was heard and the screen went blank.
Swayam looked at Sharon who was glaring at him and said "this is part of what happened" Sharon "whatever swayam you still killed an innocent guy…they r searching for you everywhere…get off of me" she struggled to get free from his grip and he stood up from her and she followed him. she looked at their hands cuffed together and said "where is the key?" swayam said "Sharon listen to me" Sharon avoided him and yelled "where is the key!" he grabbed both of her hands and held them behind her back roughly making her slam hard against his chest and this time he said in cold chilling voice "I didn't kill him sharon…I went to meet Ted as planned and while we were going somewhere more private to finalize the deal as planned. Mark West came from nowhere and shot Ted. That was when I pointed the gun at him and told him to step back or else I will shoot….I didn't mean to kill him okay u know we are taught to bring in assets alive and that was what I was gonna do but before I could do anything he was shot not by me but by someone else ….whoever shot him was probably targeting from outside the building" I tried to find him but no use there were so many buildings in the neighborhood. Then I when I was coming back kriya called me and told me that I was being accused for murder of both of them and I should go and hide…so I came to ask help from u…trust me plz siren" Swayam let go of her hands and she bit her lower lip before saying "I don't know if I should believe u or not but if u r saying the truth then I want to help u find the real culprit….moreover …." Her eyes filled up with moisture as she continued "I have known you all my life….I can't bring my heart to believe that you would kill someone for no reason….so if this blows up on my face later then I won't regret as I am willing to take the risk if it is worth saving ur life" swayam's heart beat increased upon hearing this and as she dug her face deep in his chest he felt the lost hope slowly returning back.
She slowly broke the hug and looked in his eyes while he raised her head by placing a hand under her chin and said "I have been wanting to do this for a while" she asked him confused "what?" and he replied before capturing her lips gently against his "this" she melted under his touch within seconds and responded giving him entrance easily and deepening the kiss while both of them heard the front door open and without wasting a second swayam broke the window and they jumped outside. They were still handcuffed so swayam entwined his fingers with her fingers while running and thanked god as Sharon was a fast runner or else they would have been falling a lot. Swayam hotwired the neighbors car and got inside. swayam asked Sharon to pull the window down while she asked him "why? Are u mad?" he told her to do so and sit in a manner that swayam's face would hide behind her. He found glasses and a scarf in the car which he wore and drove slowly from the point where the police officers were standing and checking the cars. Their heart beats increased as they drove past them. swayam's guess was right…they were searching for him no one knew about Sharon and seeing her inside the car they probably guessed she was with her husband and as they drove calmly it gave off pretence that they had no idea what was going on and soon they were speeding up the highway.
Scene # 6
Sharon groaned as she walked on the long, empty and lonely road behind swayam still handcuffed to him. They had abandoned the car a while ago and were on foot so that no one could track them. Sharon glared at swayam as she said "You didn't answer my question! Why did you kissed me?" he took in a sharp breath as he replied "well u answer me first, why did you kiss me back?" Sharon replied turning red, defensively "I did not kiss you back" swayam stopped and looked at her with a stupid smirk on his face "Siren I am pretty sure what u were doing at that moment is called kissing back" Sharon turned more red as she looked away and moved forward dragging him with her "I was not kissing you back….I was trying to get you off of me" he sighed and replied "Siren if you are so dense that you can't figure out why someone kiss then I am not answering either…..ponder over it I am sure you will hit the answer" Sharon made a face and stopped in the middle of the road "seriously swayam I am in a camisole and shorts which barely cover my hips…you could have the decency to offer me your shirt!" swayam turned to face her totally tired and annoyed. He checked her from up and down which made her cross her hands upon her chest and in doing so swayam's hand tagged along with her hand and she realized it after a second when swayam tried to hide his smirk and she turned red before giving him a blue eye. He groaned in pain and yelled "seriously Sharon I didn't even do anything" Sharon didn't reply and he continued "and I have my hand cuffed with your hand….any suggestions how I take my shirt off?"
Sharon looked away and when swayam moved forward his hand was jerked back as Sharon was not moving. Swayam asked her "what? we gotta move" Sharon replied stubbornly "my feet hurt, my hand is sore and I am not going anywhere with you in a camisole and shorts…I don't trust you" swayam felt like pulling his hair out of his head. How does did lady completes her missions. He asked annoyed to the core "you seriously don't trust me Sharon?" she looked at him for a whole long minute before stomping her feet in anger and marching forward angrily. He entwined their fingers once again as he matched her pace while she rested her head against his arm too short to reach his shoulder and they continued their silent walk.
Scene#7
Sharon said as swayam locked the door "u sure this motel is safe" swayam replied "Nope…but there is no way of knowing for sure" swayam said while pointing towards her clothes "sorry about your clothes…umm first thing tomorrow…we will get the clothes for you" Sharon pointed towards the handcuffs and asked "what about them?" swayam "I told ya I forgot the key in rush…but we will figure something out" Sharon nodded and swayam said while lying down the bed "we should rest" Sharon asked him "and how am I supposed to sleep?" he tugged on his bounded hand which made her fall on him and he said while placing his free hand on her back "happy now sleep" Sharon replied raising her torso "I am not sleeping ON YOU…move, make some space for me" he replied pulling her on him again and while turning off the light "the bed is too small for two Sharon…just go to sleep already" Sharon growled "I am a young lady swayam how can u be such a jerk and ask me to sleep on you" swayam was so tired and he just wanted to sleep and he wanted her to shut-up and moreover she felt good on him so he said "Sharon they probably have spiders in such small rooms" she shrieked loudly and dug her face deep in his chest saying "Oh God swayam save me" while he mumbled sleepily pulling her closer and barley trying to hide his smile "yes, yes I am your knight in shining armor, now sleep plz"
Scene#8
Sharon slowly shifted in her sleep making more of her hair fall on his face while he gently removed it from his face and ran a finger down her face. A soft smile resided on his lips as he realized the thumping of his heart. He looked at her lovingly and watched her sleep like a baby. Both of their bodies felt stiff sue to sleeping in same and such an awkward position all night but he didn't mind if it meant being able to hold her so close to him. She slowly opened her eyes and found herself drowning in the pool of deep emotions in his eyes. The way he was looking at her made her feel something new but a feeling with she definitely wanted to be accustomed with. They both were broken by their trance when someone knocked at the door. both of them sprang up from the bed like springs and swayam immediately ran towards the window dragging her with him and spotted several cars parked at a distance with black windows and cursed under his breath. Whoever was out knocked again and this time clearly showing they are irritated and then a voice followed "plz open the door for security reasons if u have nothing to hide" Sharon looked at swayam scared and without thinking she grabbed his wrist and ran towards the bathroom. She pulled him inside too and closed the door. It was a small bathroom barely fitted two people and they stood two close and the next thing she did was turn on the shower. A second later whoever was outside broke the door.
The water soaked her thin camisole which became see-through instantly and stick to her like second skin. His gaze travelled to her face and he noticed her becoming red and avoiding eye contact. She wanted to cover her chest with her hands but she was still bounded. She felt exposed as water kept her drenching but somehow she didn't felt violated. She slowly raised her eyes and looked at him his eyes were fixed on the ground and his hands were clenched in fists. He was trying his best to avoid looking at her and she respected him for that. Someone knocked at the bathroom door and she yelled back "what the hell? No one can take a shower peacefully!...what the hell r u even doing in my room? R u trying to molest me..someone help" the voice coming from outside sounded apologetic as he said "sry maam there has been some kind of misunderstanding" Sharon yelled back "what do u mean misunderstanding…how dare u barge into a lady's room like this" the man replied back "sorry maam we r leaving" Sharon waited until she heard the door close. She wanted to get out of this small space. Being this close to him was turning her stomach into liquid even in this time of disaster. She dashed towards the door only to slip and being caught by the man she was trying to run away from. They shared a brief eye lock as his hold on her wet stomach tightened before he helped her stand straight and then went outside.
He quickly grabbed the bed sheet and gave it to Sharon saying "here cover yourself with it" she gratefully took and draped it around her body covering herself and then swayam said looking down the window "it's an 8-7 feet drop we can make it" Sharon nodded and said "we will jump together" they stood on the edge of the window and swayam said "on count of three…1,2,3" and then they jumped together. Both of them landed in an awkward position on the ground and swayam's arm twisted badly but he stood up quickly and helped her stand too and then they ran in the opposite direction of the cars towards the maze of thin alleys. They soon heard footsteps behind them and Sharon said "they must have seen us jump out the window" they went past a backdoor of a small and unhygienic restaurant and swayam quickly tried the door. It opened and they went inside and hid behind the refrigerator. They waited for few minutes and then heard footsteps running outside the door. Soon they sounded far and just as they were about to come out of their hiding place a man opened the door and spotted them standing their looking back at him shocked. Before he could make a move swayam kicked his hand which was pointing a gun towards them and the gun fell from his hand and both Sharon and swayam despite of having only one free hand knocked him down.
Then suddenly his phone rang and he thanked god for not taking it out of his pocket the entire time. It was kriya so he picked up the call and she quickly asked him "Is sharon alright?" he replied "yeah she is fine" kriya continued "look swayam I have no idea what's going on but there has been another murder and u r being framed for it again….." swayam replied "what the hell!...I was with Sharon all night" kriya replied "oh" and swayam immediately corrected himself "not like that" kriya said "none of my business…we have a video again…we can't see the face though but we hear ur voice clearly and u say I am gonna kill you again" swayam asked "great….he must be using voice modulation device but who was killed?" kriya replied "A lady named…Katherine Grey" swyam replied "I haven't even heard of her ever…who ever this pretender is….is gonna pay" kriya sighed before continuing "swayam don't make me regret this…go to my grandma's house….she has gone out of country for few weeks…I will text u her address..there will be a laptop and some stuff for u guys plus it should be off radar as no one would suspect an old granny but it is ur responsibility to hide urself and cover ur tracks also the key to the handcuffs as u texted me last night would be there" swayam thanked her and ended the call then a minute later he received her text.

Swayam picked the key up from the table and finally un-cuffed them. Both of them rubbed their wrist. then he received a punch across his face which made his nose bleed and he yelled "what is wrong with you?" she replied back with her hands on her hips "it was for handcuffing me to you for no reason" he just growled in anger and picked up the laptop. He turned it on while Sharon said "we need to find out first who this Mark West guy is" swayam typed a few things while she went in the kitchen and took out something for them to eat. She made sand witches for them while swayam searched and said "okay so Mark West was a business man…he was a millionaire and had a clean career except for one controversy in which an attorney made Jennifer Black filed a case against him that due to the dumping of toxic waste from his company many people died but he was not found guilty and that's it." Sharon brought two plates of sandwiches and gave one to him saying "okay so why would someone want to kill this guy and then frame u for it" swayam replied while taking a huge bite of the sand witch "beats me!" then suddenly he said "Oh wait! There is more his daughter was killed a weak before he died and it has nothing about who his wife was" Sharon snatched the laptop from him sitting next to him on the sofa saying "what rubbish…there has to be something about her…his daughter didn't just fall from the sky" he tried snatching it back but she glared at him and slapped his hand away. Swayam chuckled saying "u look good in her granny's clothes" then he came close to her and whispered in her ears "I preferred you more in ur earlier outfit" she didn't know why but she felt as if he could see right through her right then and felt her face getting hot as his breath fanned across her face and he smirked at her waiting for her o counter attack. She gulped thinking why did the world was suddenly spinning? They had been close before why does it now makes her heart beat faster? She looked away and said with as much venom she could put in her words "sure you did PERVERT!" swayam chuckled and then kissed her on her cheek making her stiff and red. He loved the effect he was having on her and wondered could it be that she is finally realizing what she means to him? then he said "thanks for being with me through this….I am going to take a shower" she simply nodded and then touched the spot where he just kissed her trying to calm her damn heart beat down.
Swayam came out after taking a shower and she was still on the laptop but now her expressions were annoyed. He chuckled as he sat next to her "I told ya there is nothing on her" while she replied angrily "there has to be…." Swayam tried taking the laptop from her again but she once again slapped his hand away. Swayam glared her and she glared back at him both had a glaring competition and then swayam picked Sharon up along with the laptop and placed her in his lap. Then he snaked his arms from behind her around her waist and started typing saying "why don't we gather information on Katherine Grey first" Sharon could hear her heartbeat ringing in her ears it was beating so wildly. She loved the warmth spread from his body into hers and made her feel so comfortable. She closed her eyes and mentally slapped herself saying "Maybe she is getting sick….it is just like old times, they being together and working that's it….just like old times" that seemed to take her mind off things for a while and she leaned against his chest now making his heart beat erratically and started searching for the lady.
Swayam placed the laptop on the table while Sharon now stretched on the couch, still sat in his lap but now leaned against the arm of the sofa so that she could see him and said while resting her head on his shoulder and playing with the button of his shirt "so Katherine was basically a working woman and had a quiet life, she had a child once but didn't raise him and wait….." her fingers slightly brushed against the exposed skin of his chest and he groaned inwardly. He was hoping to make her blush again or have any kind of effect on her but she was sitting so casually in his lap and he was the one with an accelerated heart beat. He replied "what?" she said suddenly picking up the laptop and typing in Mark's daughter name while swayam asked him "what are you doing I already searched her….there is nothing on her" Sharon replied "there is nothing about Mark's wife and there is nothing about Katherine's husband but she had a child once….what if Katherine was Mark's daughter's mother…I mean they were never married but had a child…..we were searching for Mark's wife but he never met her afterwards why not try searching his daughter maybe she met her mother sometime" she went through different videos from the restaurant his daughter liked to go and suddenly stopped at a point and zoomed in. Katherine was sitting with Mark's daughter and they were having fun. She looked at swayam smugly who said "okay so someone clearly had something against Mark to kill his whole family" Sharon replied "I think we should ask kriya to look into him for us…I mean she can hack his accounts and company's security system…maybe she will be able to find something more" swayam nodded and said "okay then I will call her" Sharon nodded getting up while swayam grabbed her wrist and asked "where r you going?" Sharon replied "to get some food….we have been sitting on this couch all day…and I am pretty hungry aren't you?" swayam nodded and replied "I just …..like it when you are near me" her chest felt heavier again as she smiled at him and made her way to the kitchen while swayam dialed kriya's number.

Sharon brought food for them and while she handed over one plate to swayam she noticed him rubbing his shoulder a lot. Then she remembered his arm twisted when they jumped from the window. She set her plate on the table and said "does it hurt? Let me take a look" swayam replied "No, its fine…nothing really" but Sharon insisted and said "let me have a look na…I am sure its swelling" then before he could reply she opened the first button of his shirt. Then she stopped and looked at swayam with narrowed eyes and said "why are you smirking?" swayam replied "why are you stripping me?" Sharon turned red due to embarrassment and punched him in the gut while saying with clenched teeth "I am NOT stripping you…I was just trying to help…get lost..I won't help you anymore" swayam groaned holding his stomach while she stood up and grabbed her plate again. He stuffed spoonful of pasta in his mouth when swayam said "You are gonna pay for this!" Sharon raised a brow and said "oh yeah! How?" he replied "an eye for an eye….a punch for a punch" Sharon laughed as she set her spoon down "I can beat you any time swayam sekhawat" swayam gave an evil smile and replied "why don't we settle fair and square" Sharon replied "fine with me" and stood up. Swayam also stood up and she assaulted him.
He easily dodged her first attack and made his move. She was equally good. She also dodged it and they kept fighting until both fell down on the couch breathing hard and still arguing over who was better. Swayam was sprawled on the couch and Sharon had rested her back against the arm of the couch while her legs were resting in his lap. They were not willing to accept that it was a draw and Sharon was still arguing over it when she noticed him once again rubbing his shoulder making a face and without thinking she slipped in his lap. His legs were resting on the table so they made a comfortable seat. She easily sat on him with her legs on either sides of his legs making his eyes flutter open and mouth go dry. He said "siren???" she said totally clueless as to how close they were and at such a dangerous place she was sitting "I told ya let me have a look at it" he didn't know what to reply. So he closed his mouth and tried to calm his heart beat but to no use soon heat flooded to his face and he could hear his heart beat in his ears like an alarm. Sharon after opening all of his shirt buttons eyed him suspiciously. He looked like he had a fever, he was red and heat was radiating off of his body. She placed her hand on his forehead and said "do u have a fever?" swayam shook his head in disbelief and replied "NO!" Sharon asked "you sure u even look red" he covered his face with his hands and replied "No…just tired from the fight" she replied "okay" while hopping off of him and he breathed a sigh of relief.
Then she went at the back of the couch and removed his shirt from his shoulder to have a look. She was right, it was indeed swelled and had a nasty bruise with shades of blue and purple. She sighed and she said "you have a nasty bruise" swayam replied "yeah I figured that" then suddenly she placed her hands on his shoulders and said "I'll help ease the pain a bit" he replied "No need for it Sharon" while she said massaging his shoulders gently with feather soft touch "just relax and go to sleep" he was hyperaware of every place her hands touched him and tried hard to relax. It took him sometime but as she loosened all those tight muscles he found himself going into deep slumber.
