During an in-chamber proceeding, a single-judge bench of Justice A.S. Chandurkar directed Karisma to respond within two weeks. Priya Kapur’s application seeks certified copies of all documents from the divorce case, including the petition, pleadings, court orders, and the settlement recorded between Karisma and Sanjay Kapur in 2016.
