What section of IF are you most active at - Music, ofcourse! Are you a trained singer - No, but I wish I was 😒 Who is your Singing Inspiration - Sadhana Sargam, I love her voice and I have always wished I could sing like her Favorite Singer (Male and Female) - I can't just name two, so.....Males: Udit Narayan, Shaan, KK & Sonu Nigam; Females: Asha Bhonsle, Sadhana Sargam, Sunidhi Chauhan & Shreya Ghoshal Favorite Music Director - A.R. Rahman, hands down A song that describes you the best - Zindagi Ek Safar Hai Suhana especially this line: "chaand taaron se chalna hai aage, aasmaanon se badna hai aage" What are your views about your Mentor - She is awesome! Very helpful and knows a lot about music. I am very fortunate to have her as my mentor. 🤗 What are your views about other Mentors - I don't know them very well, but they also seem to be very dedicated... If you were given a chance to choose your Gharana which one would it be - Pretty sure I would stick to Jhankaar (mostly cuz I like the name better than the others) Who is your favorite Contestant (except yourself) - hmm...this is a difficult question to answer. Well, in terms of voice, I absolutely love Sarita. There is something very unique about her and I am always eagar to hear her entries. Your Goal in Life - To be the best I can in everything I do...especially in my future career. Given a chance will you participate in Zee SRGMP C-2007 - I'm not sure...I don't think I'm good enough for it actually, and I really wouldn't want to be out in the first round. If you get selected for C-2007 will you drop IF SRGMP - whoa, what's up with the loaded question? lol....anyway, if I somehow became an excellent singer and really believed that I had a chance of winning the C-2007 and didn't have time to continue the IF SRGMP, then yes, I would probably drop it (honestly, who wouldn't?)
• Give a brief Introduction of yourself - I was born in New York, USA, I currently live in California, USA, but my family is originally from UP, India....I have grown up with Indian films and music, and have been singing since I was three years old. I have no formal training, but I would love to learn classical vocals....the only thing stopping me now is that I have no time. University keeps me busy and I am currently applying to medical school. Becoming a doctor and working with cancer patients is my biggest dream, and I can't give that up for anything. Overall, I'm a very ambitious person and I hope I can do something to make the world a better place. Some of my other interests include reading, watching cricket and basketball, writing shayeri in Urdu (Javed Akhtar is my inspiration!), and webdesigning. I guess that sums it up. I can't wait to learn more about the other contestants!

You are an awesome singer and honestly, I was shocked at your placement in the first round. I think you should have been higher. If you were given a chance to choose your Gharana which one would it be- im lucky enough to have been put in Alaap, but Jhankaar is a great gharana too and Tanaz's gharana aswell

Give a brief Introduction of yourself. Well..Im 15, a student from London,UK. I have 2 sisters and one brother. Im generally a shy, very reserved person...but I open up to people who I know well..I'll never make the first move to talk, but wait for the person to approach me for friendship which is a flaw I guess! I want to have a career in the sciences, and something which involves a lot of money. I luv singing, and luv being taught..i luv reading, writing stories..making video mixes..web designing..

What are your views about other Mentors - All have discerning ears for music hence can guide well.

If you were given a chance to choose your Gharana which one would it be - I wouldn't choose. I know them all, and they are all very good mentors.

Who is your favorite Contestant (except yourself) - Tough question. There are so many good singers this time. Aparna and Raju appear to have an edge..but I have to say the rest are very very close.

I really like my team...have to mention Nik, he's a great team player. Sarita has a great sense of humour. Her posts are fun, yet seem very earnest. Seema comes across as a humble person. I'm yet to get to know all participants.

Your Goal in Life - Be a good mother, balance home and work well, keep the family happy.

Given a chance will you participate in Zee SRGM C-2007 - Nope...too old 😆 not to mention too busy with family now 😊

Give a brief Introduction of yourself - I live in Pittsburgh, US. I'm basically from Kerala, my family lives there. I have a sister. I am married and have a two year old son. Music has always been my biggest passion. It's been great to be part of this contest.
