Favorite Singer (Male and Female) - I don't really have one because different voices are appealing to me.

What are your views about your Mentor - I really appreciate my mentor. She is a great leader and keeps me on track :)
What are your views about other Mentors - I have not gotten the opportunity to talk to other mentors but I'm sure they are just as great.
If you were given a chance to choose your Gharana which one would it be- Any :)

Your Goal in Life- To live happily ever after like all the fairy tales. Haha. My real goal is to educate myself and help the world. Oh and to become a singer perhaps

Give a brief Introduction of yourself- Well, I am truly a simple teenager. You may not think I am really so young because I was raised with the mentality of a 12 year old in a 7 year old's body. I love to educate myself with foreign events and read the most random topics that society is creating in our world today. I enjoy volunteering for the needy because it satisfies me and makes me feel like there is a better world out there, and that we just need to catch it. I enjoy singing, have done so since the age of 2.. haha I actually started singing before I could talk. I play the violin and fiddle around on the piano here and there. I have a wonderful family with three sisters. Right now, I am just trying to succeed high school so I can make my parent's proud, and most importantly, myself proud. I am loud around quiet people and quiet around loud people. Haha not really. I love to meet new people though. Diversity is my favorite thing. I hope to complete IF SRGMP happily and hope to meet talented people along the way

• What are your views about other Mentors - I don't know them very well, but they also seem to be very dedicated...
• If you were given a chance to choose your Gharana which one would it be - Pretty sure I would stick to Jhankaar (mostly cuz I like the name better than the others)
• Who is your favorite Contestant (except yourself) - hmm...this is a difficult question to answer. Well, in terms of voice, I absolutely love Sarita. There is something very unique about her and I am always eagar to hear her entries.
• Your Goal in Life - To be the best I can in everything I do...especially in my future career.
• Given a chance will you participate in Zee SRGMP C-2007 - I'm not sure...I don't think I'm good enough for it actually, and I really wouldn't want to be out in the first round.
• If you get selected for C-2007 will you drop IF SRGMP - whoa, what's up with the loaded question? lol....anyway, if I somehow became an excellent singer and really believed that I had a chance of winning the C-2007 and didn't have time to continue the IF SRGMP, then yes, I would probably drop it (honestly, who wouldn't?)
• Give a brief Introduction of yourself - I was born in New York, USA, I currently live in California, USA, but my family is originally from UP, India....I have grown up with Indian films and music, and have been singing since I was three years old. I have no formal training, but I would love to learn classical vocals....the only thing stopping me now is that I have no time. University keeps me busy and I am currently applying to medical school. Becoming a doctor and working with cancer patients is my biggest dream, and I can't give that up for anything. Overall, I'm a very ambitious person and I hope I can do something to make the world a better place. Some of my other interests include reading, watching cricket and basketball, writing shayeri in Urdu (Javed Akhtar is my inspiration!), and webdesigning. I guess that sums it up. I can't wait to learn more about the other contestants!

Hey thanks Sunitha! Glad to know someone likes my clownish ways 🤡 That's a definite improvement from the last time, when someone actually suspected my sanity for having drawn a smiley on the window-panes of couple of cubicles! But, come on I don't serve tea on floating tables and trays in a flooded living room, like Kishore Kumar did to his guests! 😆

Btw, you have excellent command over your voice, pitch and scale! You definitely have not just an edge, but at least a zillion edges over the rest of us common mortals in this contest! 😊

I really like my team...have to mention Nik, he's a great team player. Sarita has a great sense of humour. Her posts are fun, yet seem very earnest. Seema comes across as a humble person. I'm yet to get to know all participants.

Give a brief Introduction of yourself - I live in Pittsburgh, US. I'm basically from Kerala, my family lives there. I have a sister. I am married and have a two year old son. Music has always been my biggest passion. It's been great to be part of this contest.

I thought you said that her voice trembled and she over-emphasized words. Ever since then, she has become scared to even pronounce words, let alone emphasize them. I can't hear half the words she is singing now!😆😆😆
