Durjjan was boiling in anger as he paced the hall, while shailendra waited patiently , checking his watch n occasionally looking upstairs to see if Pratigya was ready yet………. 'I am going to kill him! That stupid fool!' shouted durjjan for the umpteenth time….. he had just received a call from jamuni bhai telling him that sakthi had killed the main prostitute, after a night of torture, claiming that she insulted him the last time he was there………….. the girl was very useful to them as she could have secured them many deals n now the dog has to go n kill her! …… Sakthi came looking smug n dujjan bellowed 'u dog! Never in my life I thought that u were such a fool! ………..she was going to win us many deals this month n u had to thwart all my plans!...' he struck him across his face ………….. Sakthi staggered back , his palm rubbing his cheek looking afraid but stubborn 'she was going on n on about that worm n u expect me to listen to her crap!...u know she insulted me ! me! Sakthi singh! N …..' 'enough …! I don't know what u do sakthi , but if we lose any deals bec of this I am going to kill u!' shouted durjjan ………….
As sakthi opened his mouth in retort shailendra stood up , exasperated 'will u two stop ur bickering ? she is here……….. let's finish this conference first …' both durjjan n sakthi glared at each other before turning to see Pratigya climbing down the stairs ……….. sakthi gaped at her in lust as she climbed down the last of the stairs n strode purposefully to Shailendra … 'U know what to do, don't u dear beti?' chuckled shailendra …….Pratigya looked at him in hatred n contempt 'oh yes, I know…………..n u know what to do, don't u Mr. defense minister? I want a car ready to take me n my mother to the airport , just after ur stupid conference ……….we r leaving……. 'Shailendra looked at durjjan , trying to bite down his anger as he smiled 'ofcourse ………. I know what to do after the conference ….. u will be free……….' Pratigya knew that they were just false words , n she sneered 'we must be , bec if not I will have to create a scene in front of the media if I don't find the car ready , with ramu chacha ………' 'ofcourse ' said Shailendra through gritted teeth ….. Pratigya turned her face in contempt n walked towards the exit , her face scrunched up in anger n hatred which turned into revulsion as she felt sakthi's eyes on her ………… she hurried out of the house , hoping its the last time she ever saw the hell...
The Conference hall n the building were swarming with reporters as Krishna manoeuvred his rover expertly through the thronging crowd ... he climbed up the stairs in fluid motion , dodging the reporters with a polite wave of his hand , hiding his injured hand in his pocket which now was wrapped in fresh linen... he got in one of the adjacent guest rooms n found himself face to face with Chandu ... both stared at each other for a sec before smiling n hugging each other ... 'I knew u would be coming here to see what's going on ...' said chandu thumping on krishna's back... 'come home Krishna, after this is over...u haven't eaten since yesterday noon...' he added, his face concerned n earnest ... Krishna smiled widely 'I knew u would be here to make sure that I get to have my feast for the night ' nodding his head through the window towards the exit as Pratigya stepped out of the car admist flashes of cameras ... 'so how do u propose to ...hmmm... abduct her today? Here or from her father's house after this circus is over? U see, i can't wait ...really...' Krishna winked good naturedly at chandu ...
Chandu gaped at Krishna , looking shocked, exasperated , happy n a bit angry ... he was n wasn't liking his tone n words as he shook his head in defeat ...on one hand he was happy that Krishna was back to his normal self rather than the moody angry version , n on the other hand he was angry that he is letting his lust rule his deep down feelings of love... 'I don't know, krishna...i think we must wait n think through it... may be once she is back at her house...' he trailed off seeing as Krishna wasn't paying attention ...krishna looked on , his face filling with anger as he watched pratigya struggle through the crowd , her face uncomfortable n filled with dislike n anger...n revulsion... as people pressed at her from all sides as many of the questions drifted loudly from admist the din 'how long ? did he keep u up all the night?' ...'did he really rape u? Or r u making it up to help ur father to gain sympathy votes after having a romp with mr. KST willingly?' Hot , white hot anger flared inside Krishna as he wanted to snatch her from their midst n sooth her , make her relax ...as he wanted to beat the shit out of the reporters for troubling her...what? why did he want to soothe her? she signed up for it, didn't she? he thought in anger...
Chandu was also trembling with anger , as he held his hand cautiously over krishna's shoulder preventing him from barging outside n attack the reporters ... he felt Krishna shaking with controlled anger n felt bad for pratigya ...why is she doing this? Why would she do such a disgusting thing to herself ? he tried to think for the umpteenth time ... he refused to believe that she was like her father... who would endure such dirt thrown at them again n again?

Pratigya tried to focus...but the din n the kind of questions hurled at her was making her wish she was dead ... she fought the bout of anger n nausea trying to overwhelm her ...she let out a relieved n frustrated sigh as she got in one of the adjacent rooms to the conference hall n slammed the door shut , as her new body guard hissed at her 'stay inside Madam, until ur father wants u to appear for the conference...' she cursed , leaning back against the door n panting ...in anger ...n pain... tears fell down her cheeks as she tried not to break down ... her life was going to end... her world was coming apart from its seems n she was helpless ... she screwed up her face against the pain as images of her mother bleeding in her arms came rushing in n the threats of the evil people drummed inside her heart... she will have to do this! She will have to lie n destroy her life so that her mother lives! ...just then her mother's words echoed in her heart ... that she would kill herself if she lied ! ... Pratigya almost sobbed ... oh, what should she do?
U should do what is right ...said a voice inside her head ...u shouldn't lie...ur mother will never forgive u... would u be able to forgive urself if ur mother got killed by that bas***ds just bec u can't say one lie ...just bec u want to save ur life n honor r u going to let ur mother die? NO!... No! Pratigya ur mother won't live if u lie...don't lie! Pratigya! ... don't lie... so many people will get affected by this...don't lie! U can't just say anything against anyone... u r going to hurl dirt at him...his charac.. Stop thinking about him! ...his character ! that womaniser ! that killer!... if anything his carefully masked face would be revealed to all!...what r u thinking Pratigya? Reveal that he kidnapped u... that's true...! but u can't say that he tried to rape u...that's a lie...! what r u saying Pratigya? He kissed u...he groped u... he licked...n... stop! Thinking! About! Him!...then stop defending him that he didn't try to rape u... what he was doing was ... no! It was not that... why? Bec u were enjoying it? Bec u liked it ? No! Stop!...pratigya writhed against the door , clenching her fists ... well, the voice inside her head laughed ... he is going to do a lot more than what he had done to u till now in mere hours time, Pratigya ... remember? He wants u as his mistress...! starting from tonight! ...No! I won't...! I will escape with my mother !... I won't let him... ha! U won't let him? Really? Laughed the voice... try n stop him !
Krishna leaned forward in time to see that pratigya entered the room diametrically opposite to his along the corridor , with just her bodyguard outside ...n the media were dismissed to fill up into the conference hall... he licked his lips , a sly smile on his lips as he made to open the door of his room... Chandu, horrified at what he saw in his eyes , stopped him , pleading 'no...pls Krishna ...u will make the matters worse ! the whole media is here...the conference is about to start in secs...don't go ! ...pls' 'don't worry Chandu...I just want to... ' what he meant to say was see her ...see her? ...'remind her about today n ...tonight...' he grinned ... 'divert the dog ...' he said nodding at the bodyguard as he opened the door , gesturing chandu to walk out ... Chandu looked at him exasperatedly n when Krishna raised an eyebrow , he walked out shaking his head ...
the bodyguard looked at Chandu suspiciously as he walked upto him , smiling 'oh here u r...the minister wants to see u , now' the bodyguard looked at him suspiciously 'who r u?' 'oh I am the party youth wing convenor ... u know he don't like to wait ... he wants to see u immediately... told me to guard his daughter till then ...' the bodyguard nodded , still suspicious ...'oh, u r new , i forgot...the old one was a friend... pity he didn't last long ...he tried to kill the minister , wasn't it they told in the media? ...but we know who killed him, right? ' sighed chandu dramatically ... the bodyguard knew what exactly happened with the last one n he was now convinced that Chandu was genuine ... there was no other way he would know their little game ... he smiled n said 'oh, ok i will be right back...don't open the door... she won't escape even if u open the door , but just in case ' he chuckled n left hurriedly ...
Krishna , chuckling , came out of the room n thumped Chandu on his back 'well done' n winked at him, before knocking on the door...Pratigya tensed , coming out of her thoughts ...oh Ok so the conference is going to start... she took a clam breath ...closed her eyes ...n opened them ... she will not lie ...she won't fail her mother...! she opened the door ...her eyes widened in shock as she saw him standing right infront of her with a crooked grin ...
