..actually, i think i have seen and experiences quite a lot from this serial in my real life ...Except for the abhi/casanova stuff!!!

i must admit, for me, it is quite realistic...one of the main reasons i like it also...

lol wawa - long live USofB ? or not...

Really? I've hardly seen/met people (in my real life), like:
Simran- overly forgiving and sacrificing though I've seen the hypocrite people like her

Astha- Shouting and screaming at her mother though I've seen who are self centered and not ready to see other's perspective

Sia- Do not write to write about her. I can't stand this character: highly impossible and horrible grandmother of all the mothers

Sid- Blind and spineless though perhaps a successful doctor

So, yes there's a some reality but that reality of characters is never highlighted in the serial.

And the biggest fact is that people do learn from their past experiences but here nobody seems to learn or change, be it - Simran, Abhi, Sia, Kiran, Astha, Sid etc.

no - not abhi's chromosomes - but a bit of astha , yes!
Infact, a hell of a lot of astha!

And also, yes, I have come across people resembling the other cast also.....but more to the point i was trying to make, there are some situations which are similar that I have come across in life...so therefore, i like the dialogue most....however, the quality of dialogue/script has gone down in the last 8 monnths....it seems there may have been a change in the writers...
must admit tho', i find abhi's lines to be really good....it seems varun badola ad libs a lot of the time...

PS: Still waiting for that link anyone...?

Astha is emotionally balckmailing everybody, which all kids are very capable of doing. If they need something and one of the parent would refuse they would go and ask the other parent to give without telling the truth that he/she had already been refused. such tactics are very common for kids. Best way out her is to ignor her. If everybody stops paying her all the attention, she would come back to her senses in a second.

I fully agree with you. Its just that all are paying too much attention to Astha from her childhood, that's why she is like that.
