I'm loving the realistic feel of this show, In real life people try to talk through a situation and don't overdramatise. It is more realistic to go to another room and discuss an issue than discuss something in front of a room full of guests so that touch was real.
I have to disagree with a previous poster about the screen time given to side characters. Purvi had a wonderful emotional speech to deliver, in fact even though she is a side character who will soon be gone she actually had more to say then some side characters get to say in a year on some shows. Chhan chhan just gave the facts of what she had overheard and reminded everyone of the reason why the friends had vowed never to give or take dowry. The conversation she had with the grooms family was also appropriate after all she is the lead and she couldn't just stand to one side. Kudos to Sanaya Irani, I just remembered right now that she made a similar speech to a grooms family in her last role but I didn't think of that even once while watching. So for me she has definitely broken away completely from her last avatar and is fully immersing herself in this new one.
Supriyaji is mindblowing (wasn't expecting anything less) but the way she said that last sentence 'I'm never going to forget you Chhan Chhan'...it was just awesome. She did however remind me of Stopwa...didn't know if i should laugh or cry😊
@olfa-tunisia even with my atrociously bad high school french from many years ago, I think I can more or less make out what you're saying but even if i don't you get a like from me because I know you are a huge Sanaya fan😊
