Never did she think that a day would come, when she would have to meet them all once again.

It had been six years... Six years since she put everything behind her and moved on in search of a new meaning to her life...Her life had indeed moved on, a long way from then... But her heart was still stuck in the past... With the one, who never deserved it!

Her memories had been filled with only them, all these years, though she told her family that she was completely over her past, in the true sense, she never did and never will... As life was never that simple!

And now, she had to go through it all over again! Irony.

Maybe this was her cue to find the closure with everything. Close all the doors to her past and begin the life she had promised her brother.

She was pulled out of her musings by the sound of wailing.

"Isha... can you go check on Rishi... I am on the phone finalizing our tickets!" Aditya told her softly when he saw her deep in thought.

She gave him a small smile and sauntered out of the room to get Rishi.

The 8 month old baby gave her a cheeky smile when she picked him up from the crib.

"You're such a naughty whiny monkey... Aren't you? Just like your papa..." She tickled him as he laughed harder, reminding her of her brother.

She would do anything to make him and her Bhabi happy, after everything they did for her! Maybe that's why she decided to marry Aditya. For their sake! She hugged him close to her heart whispering, "Where the hell are your parents when I need them the most Rishi?"

He looked out of the plane window, at the rapidly passing clouds. Just like how six years had passed away in his life without a single contact with any of his friends. Oh! Ex-friends now.

Friends or not, she had always been in his memory. Not a single day had passed by, without him thinking of her.

How did it all come to this? He still remembered his promise to her when they were barely 5 years old to appease her tears during her parent's funeral.

"Don't cry Ivy... I won't let you cry when I am here!"

She looked up at him with those cherubic golden brown eyes.

"NO! Yo...you'll t..too leave me one day...just like mamma an...and papa Ro!" she managed to choke out between her sobs.

"No... I'll always be with you Ivy... best friends are forever nah!" he wiped her tears with his chubby fingers and hugged her awkwardly as she was taller than him. She gave a slight smile and hugged him closer.

He smiled sadly at that memory. As the years passed, he had outgrown her and his feelings for her had turned from friendship into something more along the line! But they never acknowledged the slight shift in their relationship, turning a blind eye to it, thus losing each other as the promised forever came crashing down.

Something that Rohan Nanda could never stand was Isha's tears. But in the end, he had been the sole reason for her fitful state at the end of that ill-fated term that had made them strangers to each other.

He wished to see her once again. Just one more time... he will fix everything even if he had to move hell and heavens for her. He had missed her quite enough. She was always his and will only be his. He would make sure of it this time as he knew she would come to see their Dean. She was afterall, one of Yogi's favorites. She was bound to come to see their beloved Dean for the last time!

There's a huge difference between getting over things and just getting through them!
