Anupamaa: Anupama leaves Sonu to die, but one call changes everything for her

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, the drama takes an intense turn as danger looms over multiple lives. The episode opens with Anupama getting injured, but Devika rushes to her aid just in time. While Devika urges her to return home, Anupama firmly refuses, declaring that she won't leave without finding Girija. Determined to uncover the truth, the two friends follow a trail that leads them to an isolated house deep inside the forest.

Bharti Grows Fearful

Meanwhile, tension brews in the village as Bharti grows increasingly fearful of Prakash's strange behaviour. When he offers her water, Rahi silently prays that Bharti doesn't drink it. Sensing something wrong, Bharti questions him, but Prakash snaps and orders her to remain quiet. Pretending to obey, Bharti intentionally spills the water to avoid consuming it. All the while, Rahi and Preet continue recording Prakash's every move to expose his crimes.

A Clue in the Forest Rekindles Hope

In the forest, Anupama and Devika stumble upon a torn piece of Girija's cloth. They believe it's a deliberate clue left behind for them, giving them renewed hope. Back in the village, Prakash gets a suspicious phone call, he instructs someone to eliminate Girija and assures them that Anupama will soon meet the same fate. Declaring that he has "important work," he refuses to be disturbed.

Bharti, now terrified yet brave, confronts Prakash and accuses him of plotting Girija's murder. In response, Prakash turns menacing, claiming he'll "fix" her behaviour. Bharti retaliates, pushing him away and shouting that Girija was right, he's no god, but a manipulative man exploiting innocent villagers.

Rahi, Preet, and Sarita Fall Into Prakash’s Trap

Smirking, Prakash admits Girija spoke the truth but taunts that no one will believe her. He warns Bharti and Rahi that they cannot trap him. Rahi is left stunned when Prakash reveals he already knew about her secret recordings. Within moments, his men storm in and capture Rahi, Preet, and Sarita.

Elsewhere, Anupama and Devika finally locate Girija, who begs them for help. Anupama vows to rescue her before confronting Sonu. Meanwhile, Prakash exposes his cruel side further, he destroys the evidence Rahi and Preet had collected and orders the group to bring Anupama to him if they want Rahi alive. Sarita urges Preet to escape and find help before it's too late.

Mahi Defends Gautam

In another track, Prarthana expresses her doubts about Gautam, warning Parag that he shouldn't be trusted. Vasundhara, however, feels sympathy for Gautam, believing he may be misunderstood. This difference of opinion causes friction within the family.

While Parag sides with Vasundhara, Mahi also steps in to defend Gautam, urging everyone to avoid quick judgments. Prarthana, on the other hand, stands firm in her belief that Gautam is hiding something serious.

Anupama Confronts Sonu in a Heated Showdown

As the episode reaches its climax, Anupama faces Sonu head-on and demands that he release Girija. Sonu refuses and taunts her, saying that Girija's fate is sealed because of Anupama's interference. He even mocks that Samar was just like her, always meddling in others' problems.

Despite his threats, Anupama focuses all her strength on saving Girija. Meanwhile, Prakash continues to torment Rahi, making her increasingly uncomfortable.

Precap for the Next Episode

In the precap, Anupama yells at Sonu to leave Girija, but instead, he lets go of her hand while she’s hanging off the cliff. Sonu laughs as Anupama confronts him, and Devika manages to pull Girija to safety.

During their heated argument, Sonu slips and almost falls but grabs Anupama’s hand for support. Anupama tells him that he killed her son and still shows no remorse. She says he will never be able to destroy another mother’s life again and pulls her hand away.

However, Sonu still clings to her. Just then, Anupama receives a call from Prakash, who threatens her, saying that if anything happens to Sonu, her daughter Rahi will be killed. His words leave Anupama, Devika, and Girija shocked. Prakash warns Anupama to save Sonu’s life if she wants to see her daughter alive and orders her to come to him.
