Salman Khan’s rare ‘Bhaijaan style’ ramp walk draws loudest front-row cheers from Malaika Arora’s mom

Salman Khan made a rare runway appearance as he walked the ramp for designer Vikram Phadnis’ grand fashion show, celebrating 35 years in the industry. Themed Vintage India, the event highlighted traditional Indian aesthetics, with over 100 models showcasing archival-inspired creations that merged classic craftsmanship with contemporary sensibilities.

The superstar’s entry immediately drew attention. Dressed in a black kurta-pyjama layered with an intricately embroidered sherwani-style jacket, Salman exuded understated elegance. The jacket, crafted in rich silk, featured gold and maroon floral motifs along the shoulders, chest, and sleeves, reflecting Vikram Phadnis’ signature detailing. Black leather shoes and his trademark slicked-back hair completed the look, while minimal accessories kept the focus on the ensemble.

Salman’s family was present in the front row. His niece, Alizeh Agnihotri, cheered enthusiastically, while Orry, also known as Orhan Awatramani, captured the moment on his phone. Malaika Arora’s mother, Joyce Arora, was also spotted clapping and smiling as Salman made his way down the ramp. Malaika, who was earlier married to Salman’s brother Arbaaz Khan, shares a friendship with Vikram Phadnis, adding another layer of connection to the event.

Security presence alongside the ramp drew eyebrows. Guards flanked Salman as he walked, an uncommon sight at fashion shows. Given the actor’s past security threats, including gunshots at his residence and alleged plots by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, the precautions were understandable. Salman’s public appearances have been limited in recent years, making this ramp walk particularly noteworthy.

The event also offered fans a glimpse of Salman’s calm yet confident persona. He walked with poise, interacting briefly with the crowd through smiles and waves, while the audience responded with applause and cheers.

Looking ahead, Salman Khan is preparing for Da-Bangg The Tour Reloaded in Qatar on November 14, 2025. The event will feature Sonakshi Sinha, Tamannaah Bhatia, Jacqueline Fernandez, Prabhu Deva, and other performers, bringing the actor’s signature energy to an international stage.
