Arjun, Bhoomi and Reshma are going to the hospital. Reshma thinks about the warning Shish gave her if she went to the hospital, Reshma gets a call, its Shish. He tells her to come home, Shefali has given money for her.
Reshma tells Arjun to stop the car, Arjun and Bhoomi are surprised, but Reshma says that Bablu just called her and she would like to meet him, and there would be media people at the hospital, so she would go home and come back in a burqa. Arjun asks her to reach the hospital on time.
She goes to her home (I think) not to HH, Shish is there waiting for her. He tells her not to deal with the Goenka's again as they are his old clients. Reshma apologizes. Shish then gives her 5 lacs, and plane tickets to BanglaDesh and tells her that Bablu is waiting for her at the airport and tells her to get her things and leave.
She goes inside and starts packing. Then calls up Bablu to confirm that he is at the airport, which he is. She takes her things and leaves, Shish is still waiting for her. She sees that bag on the seat of Shish's car and the necklace of LK which Shefali stole is visible, but she does not say anything, takes a cab or rickshaw and leaves, she goes a little further up when in the mirror she sees Shish going inside her house.
She stops the taxi and goes up to her apartment, Shish is inside. She peeks through the keyhole. Shish is placing all the evidence that Shefali gave him in her apartment. He has the sari, the motorcyle dress, money etc which he puts in her apartment. Reshma thinks that these people are setting her up.
Bhoomi and Arjun at the hospital, waiting for Reshma. Bhoomi tells Arjun that she will name the baby Krishna. Dr. Sonawala comes and informs them that its 6:00 pm and Savitri has not yet arrived. Shefali gets a call from Shish saying that everything has been taken care of and Reshma and Bablu are on their way to Bangla Desh for their honeymoon. Shefali is happy, but as she turns around she sees Reshma. Reshma also spots her and tries to hide. Reshma goes into the changing room.
Shefali calls up Shish and tells him that Reshma is here in the hospital. Shish tells her that he is coming there (hospital) himself.
Its 7:00 pm. Reshma dresses as a nurse with the face covered with mask (type doctors wear for operation covering the nose and mouth), calls up Bablu and tells him to wait for her at the airport, she then calls Bhoomi, but Bhoomi does not pick up the phone, Reshma thinks that maybe its put in silent mode. Reshma then writes a note for Shefali that she was here but due to Shefali she could not meet her, and in the note tells Bhoomi to beware of Shefali. Reshma comes out of the changing room dressed as a nurse. Shefali is standing nearby, Shefali does not recognize her, but has a feeling and sees the changing room, goes inside and sees Reshma's things lying there.
Shefali then tries to search for Reshma, and Reshma is trying to avoid Shefali. Reshma manages to enter Dr. Sonawala's office. Arjun and Bhoomi are there. Its 7:30pm, the doctor is talking to Arjun and Bhoomi so Reshma does not get a chance to talk to Bhoomi, she sees Bhoomi's purse lying on the table and puts the note in it.
Shefali comes in, she knows that this is Reshma (she is still in the nurse uniform with mask on face). Reshma leaves, but Bhoomi calls Shefali so Shefali cannot follow Reshma immediately. Shefali manages to get out of the doctors office, tries looking for Reshma, when Bablu calls her. Shefali hears her tone and follows, Reshma hides again, she is just inside the room where Shefali is standing. Shefali calls Reshma, hears the tone coming from inside, Shefali takes the few steps inside, Reshma and Shefali come face to face. Shefali removes the mask from Reshma's face.
