But for your convinience, Here is the answer to your question.

Siggy means Signature.. Siggy is the short form of Signature.

Go To Settings --->> Profile Information --->> Scroll down and there you'll see 'Signature' .. right in front of that you have to give the link to your signature if thats a picture or you can also write some text etc.. or whatever you like.
