During ASR kidnapping they could have made use of Anjali finding out Shyam's evilness not like how they done it but when Khushi was looking for Arnav giving Anjali a revenge track or something make the show more interesting... The result of The miscarriage was such a digression in the storyline which viewers didn't like so the PH is to blame

As for Barun he done what ever actor does takes up new opportunities as for the leave the PH should have thought it through but it worked so that is fine...

Yes, the redemption did not happen, but that could have been shown after kidnap too.

I remember there were rumors about Khushi getting shot while trying to save Arnav and we'd see an emotional side of Arnav. Whether the spoiler was true or not, something similar could have been shown. They could have shown Khushi - even after saving Arnav - walking out of his life because the contract is over and ASR wooing her. What happened was just blackmailing though.

Whatever happened to the storyline and why - is best known to the CVs and my pea-sized brain will never understand that.
