YRKKH's Rahul Sharma says his equation with Samridhii Shukla has NOT evolved: 'Bond gehra ho ya na ho..'

Rahul Sharma, who is currently essaying the character of Anshuman in Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, got in an exclusive chat with India Forums and spoke about his bond with Samridhii Shukla. In an earlier interview with us, the actor had revealed that he had been unable to form a bond with Samridhii because the actress is a little 'reserved.' In our recent interview with Rahul, we asked the actor if their bond on the show has now evolved.

Opening up, Rahul denied any change in his bond with Samridhii and said, ''Abhi bhi wahi status hai. Same. It’s only been two months, so I feel like, unka jo space hai na, wo kaafi zyada sacred hai. She doesn’t let people in that easily and that’s okay.''

''As a professional, I totally respect that. Unka kaam karne ka tareeka bohot hardworking hai. She’s got so much on her plate all the time, toh naturally us space mein kisi ko jagah milna mushkil hota hai. So it’s fine. I’m happy that she’s working, whatever opportunity she’s getting right now, it’s a big deal. She’s got such a good show, such big things happening for her and har jagah wo seekhne ka jo process hai na, usko bohot seriously leti hai. She works really hard, and mainly wohi cheez important hai,'' Rahul further adds.

Rahul further says that a distance in their offscreen bond has helped him onscreen. He says, ''Bond agar deep ho ya na ho, it doesn’t matter that much. Even this kind of bond works for me — kyunki Anshuman aur Abhira ka jo relationship hai, woh bhi kuch aisa hi hai. It is, in an indirect way, helping me out.''

For the uninformed, Rahul, in an earlier chat with us said, ''Main ye kahunga ke dekho bond toh abhi chalu hua hai bann na. Ek mahine mein koi bond nahi banta, 15 din mein koi bond nahi banta, 15 din mein koi bond nahi banta. Almost 2-3 mahine aapko chaiye hote hai jahan par aap ek dusre ke sath kuch achi cheezein, baatein share karte ho.''

''Abhira (Samridhii) thodi si introvert hai toh unke sath abhi khulne mein thoda time lag raha hai, ab dekhte hain kitna time lagta hai,'' Rahul told us earlier.
