Jassi and Armaan get married - Page 2

bechara purab.... jassi shafted him from the beginning for armaan😡... he made her what she is.... and she wouldnt even go and say goodbye to him to at least stay friends... no wonder cjs so mad at her....

did purab say bye to her 2days before the engagement and even now he went without inforn=ming anyone....oh i am tired of this "jassi betraying purab talk" .......jassi was offered the contract she took it and worked hard for it and proved herself .....infact i would say both helped each other equally .....

So I was thinkin..in the original Betty La Fea..Betty and Armando have a baby..so that may be something they show in Jassi as well..lekin with the amount of deviations they have had with the original script..kya pata kya hoga..lekin yeh baat to tey hai ke Jassi aur Armaan ki shaadi to hogi hi...

ABSOLUTELY!!! I JUST saw the episode again last night...where Meenakshi feeds Purab all of those things & he leaves. Jassi DID NOT betray Purab @ ALL. He was SO insecure in himself that when Jassi didn't call him BECAUSE HER COMPANY WAS LITERALLY ON FIRE, he fed into Meenakshi's crap about how they weren't made for each other & how Jassi's not his class & would never be his ideal lady. HOW did Jassi betray Purab? Even AFTER he insulted her by NOT DEFENDING her when Meenakshi was saying all that BS about Jassi @ the Diwali party, she was STILL ready to marry him. IN FACT, JASSI felt bad that she hadn't had time to talk to Purab & went out and bought him so many gifts before she went to his place & found that G-d forsaken awfullll letter where he basically screws her over (as well as her ENTIRE family) and says that "I can SPEND my life with you, but I can't LIVE my life with you." Then he manages to tell her that their values, families, morals, and upbringing are too different. REALLY PURAB? Then why were you stalking Jassi like a maniac & why were YOU @ the Walia's home even more than Jassi was??? TWO DAYS BEFORE THEIR ENGAGEMENT? To vanish w/out a trace? Every SINGLE thing he did for Jassi MAY have been out of love, but it was entirely SELFISH. Purab hoped that Jassi would one day love him as much or even as little as she loved Armaan, but NEVER did Jassi give him false hope. She always made it clear that they were JUST FRIENDS...nothing more than that. On top of that, the fact that they met again in Goa was a coincidence caused by circumstance. Purab is lucky that Jassi even forgave him, let alone LOVED him! AND, she even agreed to the Jasmine Special Designs contract. Just b/c Purab helped Jassi with her makeover into Jessica as an effort to ease his own guilty conscience doesn't mean that he deserved ANY of Jassi's honesty, loyalty, or trust. And also, the DAY of Jassi's to-be engagement party, it was ARMAAN who went with her to her house to help her break it to her family...despite Bebe's high blood pressure and despite the fact that Mallika walked into Jassi's cabin & told him to come with her instead. SO, for all of those who think that Jassi wronged Purab SO badly, I stronglyyyy suggest that you go back & watch that episode where Jassi is DEVASTATED that Purab LEFT HER without so much as a decent GOODBYE. (P.S.--> Added tidbit, the voice they used to read that letter out loud was dubbed by someone else, b/c that definitely wasn't Samir Soni.)

Sorry if this sounds like a rant but this treatment of Purab as a bechara and as a saint has been bothering me FOREVER. Granted, he doesn't deserve to die of a brain tumor, but he doesn't deserve Jassi EITHER. 🤢
