I just wanted to thank the CVs for not showing Nidhi performing the surgery. I don't think I could have stomached that as it would have gone against even TV logic. I know Rancho delivers a baby in 3 idiots with a Vacuum cleaner no less! But even he was not shown performing a C-section.
So, Ashu singlehandedly ( in every sense of the word) performs the surgery with Nidhi only assisting him. Of course, there are questions like why the CM's goonda son could not threaten any of the other senior docs in the conference room to assist Ashutosh. They were clearly surgeons, if not neurosurgeons. But then, that would not have served the purpose which is to establish Nidhi's professional credentials as also her commitment to her husband.
