Chidlhood trauma has lasting after effects...it does not go away or get erased simply because one has had a good life thereafter...

For example, a victim of child abuse,...can we possibly say that he should be grateful for all the happiness that he has got in his life subsequently and forget about the abuse...?

Having made Ashutosh an orphan and having brought that angle up again during the baby track, it would make sense for the CVs to go into that zone...!

His past should be revealed in sensitive way by Nidhi's emotional support. Then only it will be interesting.
