It really doesn't matter which film was written first.In an industry like Bollywood where scenes can be edited in seconds,even scenes can be written and introduced within minutes.Remember the article where it was said that Bebo wanted to go bold after watching TDP?Its very easy to get influenced and follow the herd in Bollywood.They see something is working with the audiences,hum bhi karenge.No one knows the story of the film,it might be completely different from the TDP.But the trailers and the promos consist of scenes and dialogues that immediately gives you a deja vu of TDP.And like Himani said,the audience won't remember which film was written first,they will always remember which movie they have seen first.I earlier thought that UTV was behind making the film more commercial but later I thought,UTV also produced Fashion,where though inspite of some skin show,nothing was promoted in the trailers.But here you have sex scenes and the saree suddenly getting ripped apart in the Main Heroine Hoon.And here they haven't even underplayed.They showed all the half baked dialogue and so called power packed scenes in the trailer.

Exactly! I for one, CANNOT wait to watch this movie but thats only because I'm a Kareena fan. Other than that, I'm embarassed to show the trailers to other people cuz everyone just cant stop commenting on how its the same as TDP and Fashion. I mean, you gotta admit, the dialogues and trailers were so laaammmeee, even I stopped watching them 😆 but I dont care, I am watching this for Kareena!

The TDP was more fresh, it was new, it was the first of its kind -credit where its due

BUT, Heroine looks like a more polished, mature, and classy project, hands down.

It's not the industry or era that defines class, enycedoll. I'm taking about the characters and screenplay. The DIRTY picture, come on. There's a reason it had that name.

Right now Heroine looks like a fusion of TDP+Fashion+ Chikni Chameli type of item number thrown in for good measure...

I guess it's the performance of Kareena that people are excited about not really the movie... like a lot mentioned there's nothing new heroine will offer esp after TDP and Madhur has already tried this topic with fashion... but it's kareena's perf that can make or break this film in my opinion. And seeing how bebo never does heroine oriented movies... here's something new she's doing... again I thin another reason why so many ppl are interested. After Chameli and JWM, finally bebo is doing something worth her talent...and theres def a curiosity surrounding this movie...
