This guy has got superb voice quality and modulation. I think its only possible because he knows to play harmonium and tabla thus have got knowledge of both Sur and Taal. What they say is that Harmonium's surs are very close to human voice. All our playback singers were masters of this instrument e. g. Rafi sahab, Mukesh sahab, Manna day sahab, Jagjeet Singh sahab, Kishor da, Mehdi hassan sahab, gulam Ali sahab and Daler Mehndi etc.Look at his this performance - "gal mitthi mitthi bol" what a marvelous rendition. Just pay attention to his murkeyas and harkets. Also look at Asha ji's face and her body language and reactions. Not only her, Salim and Sundhi are also inpressed.

And here is patta patta buta buta, a 300 year old gazal by Janab Mir taqui Mir sahab. Numerous singers have sung this gazal so far in cluding Lata di and Rafi sahab.

Davinderpal singh got standing ovation from all the judges on this performace. This boy has a very bright future.

After a long hectic day at work and stressful drive back home this type of melody puts me back on track very quickly.

Davender is a gifted young boy. His dedication and love to music is visible in his singing. Whatever song he sings, he puts his heart and soul in it. I'm sure that he will become a successful playback singer and do good in his life.

This song from rafi sahab - Ek hassi shaam ko dil mera kho gaya - his rendition was superb. It is never easy to attempt Rafi sahab's song as there will be no other Rafi sahab in this universe. This kid did full justice to this song. Just look at the face expressions of Salim Malik while davender is performing.
