15/8 DragonClub:Will Yash get free from his past ?

• Yash refuses to call Aarti his wife? He hates her so much that he can't even stand the word Aarti?

What could have happened in Mumbai to bring about such a reaction from Yash? Could he have read her diary or got drunk with her at the pub? Could they have gotten physically close or does Lakhan have a role to play here too? How about Arpita, does she fit into any of this?

In my opinion, this has nothing to do with the diary. If it does, then Yash probably would have only read a part of it: the part where Aarti discusses her promise to Gayatri. He most likely would not go on to read the rest and find out Aarti's true feelings for him.

Say he did go on and found out about Aarti's feelings, I feel like maybe this might be pretend then. He might want Aarti to hate him, since he has feelings for her and doesn't want to act on them because of the hurt he feels after Arpita's death which he is not entirely over. He feels like if he treats Aarti badly, she will stop loving him, and this will ensure that she moves on and he won't have to make such a difficult choice in his life. I strongly doubt he would do such a thing and belittle her in front of his family and the children though, so I'm not convinced that this happened.

About the abuse that everyone is talking about -- I was enraged when I saw yesterday's precap, but now I'm indifferent to it. Do I support it? Not in the very least, but after a lot of thinking I have come to the conclusion that Yash is a flawed human being, and extremely insecure with love (perhaps even more insecure than Aarti). To top it off, he has anger issues. I'm not saying that this excuses Yash's actions, because it certainly does not, but Yash is a human and he makes mistakes. If Yash truly was an abusive husband, we'd see that he wanted to slap/punch Aarti, but this is not the case. He just does not want to be near her for whatever reason he has, so he pushes her away. He is not in his right senses since he is extremely angry and cannot think to just remove his arm from her grip and move away himself. Anyways, that's my two cents on Yash's behaviour.

• Shobha, you acted very sensibly

A lot of people may not agree with me on this one, but I feel like Shobha gave the most sensible advice to Aarti today. I had been expecting Shobha to lash out on Yash for pushing Aarti, and then finally take her and Ansh away from the Scindhia's but that didn't happen. I know a lot of people think Shobha isn't a good mom for leaving her daughter there, but you have to really think about the kind of person Shobha is. She's a calm person by nature, and if she takes Aarti back home she knows that her daughter will never be happy staying away from Palak-Payal and even Yash, and that will not clear whatever misunderstanding Yash has. She also probably remembers the last time Aarti was sent away from the Scindhia's, all the blame was placed on Aarti herself to the point that Yash had no idea that Aarti was kicked out against her own will. Keeping all of this in mind, I feel like Shobha made a wise decision to leave Aarti there and tell her to stay calm.

• Shobha - Vidhi Conversation

I enjoyed watching the Shobha and Vidhi conversation, because the little moments like this where minor, yet significant characters bond, shows that their relationship doesn't come out of nowhere. Shobha has faith in Vidhi that she will keep an eye on Aarti and take care of her. I'm proud of both Shobha and Vidhi today.

• Gayatri - Papa Scindhia - Bua

Gayatri is a really selfish woman. She is two-faced and her son can never be wrong in her eyes! She chooses when she wants to be nice, and when there's one misunderstanding between Yash-Aarti, she lashes out on Aarti without even trying to find out what the problem is. She doesn't care about Aarti at all. She is just using her in order to bring Yash back from the past, without even stopping to think about what might be going through Aarti's heart.

Needless to say, Papa Scindhia really impressed me today! He basically asked Yash what his problem was when he snapped at Aarti in front of the kids like that, and he did the right thing by sending the kids to the room. Good job Papa Scindhia, you were one of the mature ones in the show today!

All I have to say about Bua is that whatever happened is not because of her since she thinks to herself that she didn't tamper with anything this time.

• The Flashback

The flashback must hold some significance. By the looks of it, it seemed to me like Yash had found out about the promise between Aarti-Gayatri, but I can't be entirely sure. He was behaving very rudely towards her and you could clearly see that Aarti is alarmed by this sudden change in him!

• The Precap

This was the best part of the episode for me today. The way the parrot recorded Yash and Aarti singing Johnny Johnny was adorable. It showed that they really bonded over the past few days. The lines of the rhyme must hold some significance because the poem is based on lying. In the poem, Yash says yes papa when asked eating sugar, but Aarti corrects him by saying no papa. This expresses the fact that Yash hates lies and always tries to avoid them, but Aarti tells him a lie without hesitation. When Yash hears this, he closes his eyes momentarily, as if he's deeply affected by it (which really leads me to believe that Yash has indeed fallen for Aarti and even realizes it), then throws it on the bed.

• The CVs

On a final note, I trust the CVs and I urge you all to too. We haven't even watched half the story yet, and we're already making judgments. What if Aarti's submissive behaviour to her inlaws and Yash comes up as a situation in the future? So far the CVs have done a great job with everything and I really do trust them! I can't wait for tomorrow's episode! 😃

Happy Independence Day!!!!

Today's episode has made me writhe in agony. I am now quite desperate to know why Yash is behaving the way he is! Lots of different theories are floating in my head. But there are some clues that I saw today that may throw light on the issue.

Here is what I saw as clues. I am not sure if you all agree with me, but these could be some pointers that may lead to some understanding of what happened to Yash:

1. Yash seems as angry with Gayatri and he is with Aarti. He even forbids his mother from calling the diya platter an "Aarti".

Could this mean that he suspects a Gayatri-Aarti nexus? Does he resent Aarti and Gayatri's phone call when they were talking about collaborating to make Yash smile and be himself again?

2. When they show the flashback of Yash and Aarti packing the car to go back home, he says "Oh thanks for all that you are doing for my whole family and the kids".

I am getting some strange feeling that Yash thinks Aarti is sacrificing her own happiness in life to try and woo Yash, and she is doing this to please his family and for the sake of the kids. Maybe he is feeling insulted that Aarti may be trying to be nice to himself just due to pity of him, and for the sake of the family and kids and she does have genuine feelings for himself? Could something like this make him angry? If so then surely it hints that he wants Aarti to have genuine feelings for himself, na?

3. Could the Bua have secretly phoned Yash and told him about the Gayatri-Aarti pact?

If that is the case then I can imagine he must be feeling awful that his wife and mother are colluding to make him bend his attitude. Especially if Yash has fallen for Aarti then he may get inwardly very angry that while he is starting to have feelings for her, she is only reciprocating his friendliness out of pity for him, for the pact with his mother, for the sake of the family and for the sake of the kids?

4. The precap is taking me into another direction: the parrot's voice sounded like Arpita. And Yash flinched when he heard that voice.

Can it be like what I suspected yesterday itself. I had the suspicion that Yash must have felt some strong feelings of wanting some physical relationship with Aarti and this must have made him extremely guilty about forgetting Arpita so soon and lusting after another woman. I wonder if all this is some result of Arpita-guilt following some deep physical feelings for Aarti?

5. Again, I come back to the same doubt: could Yash have read that diary? And did Aarti write there that she loves Yash or whether she wrote there about her pact with Gayatri?

Even if Yash read the diary, what exactly Aarti wrote there seems in doubt. If Yash has read it, does it mean he is angry at her expressing love for him – or is he angry that she has had a pact with Gayatri to try and woo him?

6. I've got a sudden tangential thought: could Yash have discovered something nasty about Arpita? Can he have suddenly come across some clue that showed that Arpita had in the past betrayed him?

If some such thing has happenedb(like he may have stumbled upon Arpita's old diary), it could explain why he is angry with the parrot voice (Arpita's voice) and also why he hates his "marriage"with Aarti (as she is also now in the wife position and he fears she also could be as diabolical as Arpita)?

Aside from all these consuming doubts I have two more points to mention:

One, I thought it was awful of Gayatri to blame Aarti for Yash's behaviour. And worse, I thought it was even more awful for Aarti to blame herself for Yash's behaviour.

Two, thank god Shobha was more sane and advised Aarti to have patience. And thank God the Casanova is acting with perfect sense. He is trying to get to the bottom of the whole thing by talking to the kids and trying to reconstruct the whole scene in Mumbai.

I only have one fear here: I hope the Casanova's brainwave to make Yash blurt out the truth does not involve putting Yash and Aarti alone in a room together to see what Yash says and does! Yash may eat up Aarti alive!

It looks like the Ansh-parrot idea is Casanova's ploy to get Yash to explode and throw out whatever is worrying him.

Hope it works by Friday. I have no stomach to live in this suspense the whole weekend!
